I was a very lovey stay for me and my friends

Cons:

Why close the pool for maintenance every Monday? In other countries the pool maintenance team does their work at night and the pool never closes.. this should be clearly spelled out as a warning to guests before booking the hotel..

Meget imødekommende personale.
Pros:

Fint værelse, stor rooftop pool. Super venligt personale der gjorde alt hvad de kunne for at servicere os. Datter havde fødselsdag og hotellet bragte en gave til værelset.

Cons:

Poolen var kold og der spilles af og til meget høj musik i pool området og dens restaurant.
Forvirret morgenmadsbetjening - Man vælger en af 2 restauranter der ligger i forlængelse af receptionen med en voucher. Desværre synes restaurant personalet ikke helt og vide hvad voucher indeholder.

Wir kommen nicht wieder, trotz des tollen Pools.

Pool, Erfrischungsgetränke in der Lobby

Cons:

Zimmer über zwei Etagen war zu eng und oberes Geschoss konnte nicht gelüftet werden. Frühstück sehr eingeschränkt. Minimal. Nur ein Wahlgericht (Omelette bei mir) neben Kaffee oder Tee, Juice (immer Orange)und kleinem Früchteteller, der jeden Tag gleich ist. Zusätzlicher zweiter kostenpflichtiger Kaffee Americano (nachschenken Kaffee nicht möglich ) war qualitativ erheblich hochwertiger als Frühstücksmenükaffee Americano zuvor. Frühstück auf Boden aus Betonrechteckpflaster zweifarbig, „echt Spitze“. Viel Luft nach oben. Schade

Le personnel est très gentil
Hôtel très propre et lit très confortable

Cons:

Les chambres sont très mal isolées, nous entendons les ébats des voisins de la chambre d’à côté. C’est comme si ils étaient avec nous dans la chambre. On entend également les gens quand ils sont dans le couloir et le bruit des portes
