Pros:

Excelente ubicación, en el corazón de la acción. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. En general el personal fue muy amable.

Cons:

No tienen servicio de lavandería. Tuve problemas en el restaurante: En una ocasión intenté cenar en el restaurante, una chica nos ubicó en la mesa y luego nunca se acercó a tomar la orden. Nos tuvimos que marchar a cenar fuera. Me llamó la atención que en el restaurante nos dijeron varios días seguidos que no tenían ciertos alimentos que se ofrecían en el menú, como el bagel. El bar de la terraza sin ningún tipo de ambiente, desordenado y la persona que atiende muy apática. Un poco bullicioso por las noches por los bares que están al frente.

Pros:

La ubicación, nosotros nos alojamos en la planta 9 y no escuchamos el ruido de la calle. Y por supuesto la zona de la piscina en la azotea, con jacuzzi, puedes disfrutar de unas vistas maravillosas y nunca hay gente, parecía privado.

Cons:

El ruido si te alojas en plantas bajas, pero no fue nuestro caso. Pudimos descansar plácidamente las 4 noches que estuvimos

Great decoration and style. Super friendly and helpful staff. Happy to offer information and recommendations. The location provides everything you need within minutes. The view from the top and the swimming pool, especially at night, are essential to start your evening in Medellín.

At the center of PlazaLleras.
Pros:

Is at the heart of Plaza Lleras and a lot of clubs. 2 blocks from Provenza. Need to park on the street or valet at Provenza. Lot of polices and very safe.

Cons:

Avoid staying facing to the entrance, noisy until 4-5 am.

Lindo hotel
Pros:

Hotel moderno, buenas instalaciones.

Cons:

Está en el medio de los night clubs. De noche es un poco ruidosa, si vas a descansar, no sería el lugar para elegir. Y el Sr Charles Allan encargado del turno noche. No está a la altura de tratar a clientes.
