Velice milý a ochotný personál, hlavně paní recepční. V tiché lokalitě, kousek obchod, zastávka autobusu na výlety. Ikdyž vlakové nádraží daleko, mají skvělou službu - taxík po Mohelnici pouze za 50 Kč. Určitě skvělé místo pro lidi co chtějí vyjíždět na výlety na kole.

Cons:

Bohužel špatný televizní signál, ale s tím pracovníci hotelu nic nezmůžou, jen se omlouvají. I po celodenním výletě si člověk rád odpočine při televizi, ale tohle majitel jaksi neřeší....takže na jediný kanál se dalo dívat z 12 :(

Alles i.O., würden wieder hier übernachten.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Frühstück in Ordnung. Trotz Stadthotel guter Parkplatz.

Pros:

Personal der Rezeption ( die Mitarbeiterin) war sehr nett, professionell und kompetent.. Sie hat uns alles sachkundig erklärt. Besten Dank . Ach ja ihre Aussprache in Englisch war perfekt

Cons:

Na ja die Baustelle im Hinterhof war ein bisschen unübersichtlich und der Weg zur Rezeption warnicht ausgeschildert . Aber ansonsten alles gut

Cons:

TV-chybí programy v češtině (pouze Prima a Nova) obraz se seká; ráno pod pokojem sbíječka-rekonstrukce (pokoj inzerován za plnou cenu); pokojská vešla do pokoje bez zaklepání.
