A wonderful experience ☺️ I got a very surprise upgrade, the staff were super friendly, room clean and with luxurious decor and amenities. Amazing location just around the corner from the central station, perfect after a delayed nighttime flight. Thank you!

Meget hyggeligt indrettet og god atmosfære.
God beliggenhed.

Cons:

Der var ikke noget at klage over, men et enkelt punkt må være badeværelset.
Badeværelset var pænt og rent, men håndvask og armaturet var lidt skørt, og meget upraktisk lavet.
Man kan ikke vaske hænder, eller komme til vandhanen, uden at der er vand over det hele. Flot design, men upraktisk.

Hyggeligt hotel og imødekommende personale
Pros:

Atmosfæren var mega hyggelig - der hvor vores værelse lå, skulle vi gå igennem en lille have, der var indrettet perfekt til at chille en sommeraften (vi havde desværre ikke vejret med os). Vores værelse var også super flot, rent og velholdt.
Personalet var meget imødekommende og behagelige :-)

Det virker til, at de gør en ære i at drive hotel, hvilket er meget rart i en tid, hvor der skal spares alt muligt, så profitten kan være så høj som mulig. Her virker der til at være en balance.

Cons:

Der var ikke noget, jeg ikke kunne lide (måske nogle andre gæster, der larmede lidt omkring 22-23-tiden, men det stilnede relativt hurtigt igen).

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på Axel Guldsmeden og vil bestemt komme igen!
Pros:

Beliggenheden og spa. Personalets store imødekommenhed og servicemindethed. Smuk og gennemført indretning og design. Fantastisk gård med flot beplantning.

Cons:

Vi boede i 005 (familieværelse) i stueetagen ud mod gården. Der var meget lydt på hotellet og i bygningerne, og den automatiske ventilation/udluftning på værelserne larmede og gjorde, at min datter (10 år) havde svært ved at sove.

Mycket bra läge nära ströget och stationen. Bekväma sängar. Fina rum.

Cons:

Extremt lyhört och bullrigt, både från andra rum och gatan. Då bodde vi ändå på fjärde våningen. Dörren öppnas av sig själv mitt i natten. Ingen mörkläggning.

Otelin konumu tren istasyonuna çok yakın havalimanından otele gelmem toplamda 25-30 dk sürdü. Konforlu ve tüm detaylar düşünülmüş. Ben kahvaltı tercih etmedim ama iyi görünüyordu. Check out sonrası bavulumu koyabilmem için de bir odalarının olması çok iyi. Bahçesi çok güzel
