レセプションにいたスタッフの方達、(私の時は３人の女性のスタッフの方がいました)とても親切で、素敵な部屋を探してアップグレードしてくださいました。もともと素敵なお部屋を予約していましたが、アップグレードされた部屋は美しすぎました。あんなに可愛いホテルに泊まったのは人生で初めてです。とにかく、お洒落で素敵なお部屋です。中央駅までのアクセスもいいです。必ずまた利用したいです。

Uppfyller inte förväntningarna som man skall ha på ett fyrstjärnigt hotell i den övre prisklassen.
Pros:

Läget och innergården.

Cons:

Ingen air-condition på rummet, endast stort ovalt stenbadkar med hög kant som var omöjlig att ta sig över och mycket litet handfat. Usla kuddar och ofräscha sängtäcken. Missade städning två utav tre dagar. Receptionen missade att skicka kvittering via mejl som utlovats två gånger. Frukosten kunde definitivt varit bättre. Nästan bara engelsktalande personal.
En liten långsam hiss som skulle betjäna 5 våningar med 15 rum per våning samt städpersonal. Receptionsområdet något slitet och var inget ställe man ville sitta ner i.

Sehr gute Lage und schöne Zimmer. Freundliches Personal

Cons:

Auf Booking ist angegeben, dass Parkplätze vorhanden sind, das ist aber nicht der Fall. Der PW muss in ein Parkhaus gestellt werden.

Ich war rundum zufrieden
Pros:

Besonders schön war der Innenhof, wo man bei schönem Wetter auch frühstücken kann oder sich sonst wunderbar verweilen kann.
Die Zimmer sind liebevoll ausgestattet mit tollen Handtüchern und schönen Badprodukten.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss im hinteren Gebäude war sehr, sehr klein und das Hotel ist eher hellhörig.

la situation centrale proche de la gare et ville. Cour intérieure aménagée et le super petit déjeuner. Sensibilisation des ordures, lavage des serviettes et nettoyage réduit - bonne résolution

Le jour se lève tôt - des rideaux occultants seraient top.
