Convenient for central railway station
Not suitable for older people; dim lighting and lots of scattered rugs make for trip hazards everywhere.
Furnishings were minimal and not comfortable, seemed to have been chosen for looks rather than comfort.
Service in the restaurant was woefully slow - 2 hours for 3 people to have main course and dessert. Minimal choices and not to our tastes.
It is conveniently located in the city centre, near the main railway station
We did not find it comfortable; it seemed to have been designed to tick “green” and “eco” boxes with little thought for customer comfort.
Heating was just adequate; there was nowhere warm and comfortable to sit while waiting to go out or take a taxi.
Lighting was universally dim, making reading impossible; in the restaurant, we had to use the torch feature on our phones to read the menu.
As older travellers we were not perhaps their target demographic.
Very convenient for public transport links. Nice choice at breakfast. Attractive decor. Comfortable bed.
Only one small, slow elevator but in the end we never waited very long for it. So it wasn’t too much of an issue.

THE HOTEL NAME HAS CO-OPTED AN INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED GAY BRAND "AXEL" - BUT IT IS NOT AT ALL A GAY HOTEL - VERY SURPRISED AND WOULD OTHERWISE NEVER HAD STAYED THERE BECAUSE WE WERE LOOKING FOR A GAY HOTEL. ALSO- THERE IS NO AIR COOLING - ROOMS WERE TOO WARM.
Location was great .bedcwas comfortable.
hotel is charming, fantastic location
the water from the shower in room 515 gets all over the floor and creates a mess. It needs a way to direct the water out of the bathroom and keep it in the shower.
The room was very small for two people, one person has to sit on the bed so the other can get around.
