Hotel de 4 estrellas, pero como te toque en la planta 4 parece que estás en la proa de un barco, la ventana de tragaluz es horrible suena todo el rato con el aire/ lluvia, desde la recepción a las 02:30 horas, nos ofrecieron otra habitación para pasar esa noche y a la mañana siguiente no nos dieron más solución, todo estaba lleno, nos tocó buscarnos otro hotel esa misma mañana, ya que dormir en esa habitación iba a ser imposible, al estar en recepción llegó otra pareja con la misma queja y sin solución… una pena

Pros:

La ubicación. Se puede recorrer toda la parte histórica de Santander caminando dese el hotel. Es muy cómodo, las habitaciones son amplias, muy bonitas, incluyen café y agua todos los días en la habitación, y es parte del palacio Pombo. Se puede ver la historia del club dentro del edificio.
Hay muchos sitios cerca para comer, desayunar o salir por la noche.

Cons:

No incluye nada en cuando a artículos de baño ni extras en la habitación. Solo jabón líquido, y nada más. Hemos ido a hoteles mucho más baratos que agregan de todo (desde desmaquillante hasta cepillos de dientes), pero en el caso del Palacio Pombo, nada.
La limpieza de la habitación se hace a cualquier hora, por lo que es imposible saber si la habitación va a estar lista o no al volver de paseo.
