Beautiful Croatia
Pros:

Thanks to the host for the warm welcome. The house is in a good location, it is very comfortable and was well maintained and very clean. The pool is a must to end hot days after a day on the coast or sightseeing. We really enjoyed Croatia.

Un hotel precioso y muy bien situado, con algunos detalles a mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación es excepcional, en pleno centro de Santander y con unas vistas preciosas. El edificio tiene muchísimo encanto y personalidad y la habitación nos resultó cómoda y agradable.
El desayuno nos pareció excelente: muy variado, bien presentado y con una amplia oferta tanto fría como caliente, buenos embutidos, quesos, salmón, diferentes panes, bollería, fruta y distintas opciones para todos los gustos. Sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel.

Cons:

Hay algunos detalles que deberían cuidarse más en un establecimiento de esta categoría. Las ventanas de nuestra habitación estaban bastante sucias, algo especialmente desafortunado teniendo en cuenta que las vistas son precisamente uno de sus grandes atractivos.
La colocación del televisor tampoco nos pareció acertada: sobresale en una zona de paso y mi marido llegó a golpearse y hacerse una rozadura con él.
Por último, tuvimos una experiencia poco agradable con una señora bastante desagradable en recepción. Al preguntar por el aparcamiento que aparecía anunciado y que llevaba meses cerrado. En lugar de ofrecernos una alternativa o explicarnos la situación con amabilidad, la respuesta fue que reclamáramos a Booking y que deberíamos haber reservado directamente con el hotel. Nos pareció una contestación poco apropiada y completamente innecesaria.
En conjunto, hemos disfrutado de la estancia y el hotel tiene muchas cualidades, pero estos detalles impiden que nuestra experiencia haya sido redonda y que en lo sucesivo , si volvemos a la ciudad, nos decantemos por un hotel más amable en su acogida

Ubicación y amplitud de las habitaciones, muy limpias.

Cons:

22 euros por desayuno, mejor ir fuera del hotel. La moqueta del pasillo debería cambiarse.

Maybe the bed and pillows

Cons:

Everything the location is in the centre but still hard to find. Parking is a nightmare, no one is there to help you with your luggage or show you where the lifts are. I had to figure it out myself. I have initially booked a room with the terrace but because I checked in after 8pm all rooms with terrace were already taken. The carpet is dirty the room had a terrible smell.

Not worth it.
Pros:

Location was fine for our short stay.

Cons:

The Booking.com page states there is access to parking. This is inaccurate. I had to park in a garage a 10 minute walk away and there is little space to unload luggage near the hotel. This was very inconvenient when traveling with an older person.
Additionally, the staff was unhelpful and unbothered other than the housekeeping staff. The front desk person treated us like an annoyance to her day.
