Wonderful Hotel. Loved everything.
Pros:

We loved this place. We had a fantastic view out our window of the square below and it was so gorgeous. The room size is adequate and the bedding and all was perfect. We travel a lot and the last 3 hotels we have rated a 10. I have no idea but I feel like all of Spain has really upped their game! This location also was perfect. We did not do the breakfast in the morning as only one of us is a big breakfast eater.

Un emplacement parfait
Pros:

Un hôtel particulièrement bien placé en centre-ville, très au calme, un accueil professionnel et une grande propreté.

Cons:

Il manque une âme à l'hôtel.
Les chambres sont parfois nettoyées trop tard dans la journée - quand nous sommes rentrés à 16h00, la chambre n'était toujours pas faite.

Volveremos pronto
Pros:

La habitación del hotel es acogedora, decorada con buen gusto, práctica y con vistas muy bonitas a la Plaza de Pombo. La cama doble es grande y muy cómoda. La ubicación es excelente. Buena atención del personal.

Cons:

No tendría nada que señalar.

Will not be returning.
Pros:

Have been before and like location.

Cons:

Staff inattentive. No English news although it said it did. Room no view other than a brick wall. Room adjacent to cleaners cupboard where they chatted incessantly. Carpets outside room absolutely disgusting.

Perfect
Pros:

Property was situated perfectly, within walking distance to everything. Staff were engaging and helpful and our room was beautiful and bed and pillows were so comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here.
