31.12. the price includes: a mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner, welcome and midnight toast, unlimited selected soft drinks, unlimited house wine and beer (until midnight), entertainment for adults and children, music and midnight light show.

Please note that New Year's Eve dinner price for children or adults at extra beds on request.

For selected dates, the hotel reserves the right to charge a nonrefundable booking fee of 20% of the total amount of the accommodations prior to arrival for any type of reservation. This fee will be deducted from the total room rate at the end of the stay. Without payment of the fee, the reservation cannot be guaranteed on these dates.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

הפעם התאכזבנו
1. מגלשות מפורסם שנסגרות ב20 בפעול סוגרים אותם לפני גם ב 18 את חלקכם
2. חלק מהזמן מגלשות לא היו פעילות
3. היה שיפוץ המלון נאלצנו ללכת בגשם ובקור במשך יומים לפארק מים מבחוץ
4. ארוחת ערב חלשה מאוד
5. כריות היו לא נוחות

Очень слышны звуки из коридора. Кто-то то ли выезжал, то ли что уж там было, но по утра кого-то слушали

Fajny aqapark, nic poza tym.
Pros:

Bardzo fajny aquapark.

Cons:

Personel bardzo nieuprzejmy, niemiły. Okna w pokoju zamknięte na klucz. Obsługa w restauracji niemiła. Posiłki na obiadokolacji niesmaczne.

Сподобалось усе, окрім повернення депозиту 50 евро.

Cons:

Букінг писав що потрібен депозит у 100 евро, ми підготувались. Але виявилось що потрібно всього 50 евро. Добре, розбили сотку і обіцяли повернути 50 евро, а повернули 46 з копійками. Готель грає на курсі. Не приемно але таке.

Das man direkten Zugang zur Schwimmbad hat von Hotel.

Cons:

Essen muss einbißchen nach Kinder gerechnet sein wie z.B. Pommes Portion und wie eiß und kinder Getränke auf der Speicherkarte.
