31.12. the price includes: a mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner, welcome and midnight toast, unlimited selected soft drinks, unlimited house wine and beer (until midnight), entertainment for adults and children, music and midnight light show.

Please note that New Year's Eve dinner price for children or adults at extra beds on request.

For selected dates, the hotel reserves the right to charge a nonrefundable booking fee of 20% of the total amount of the accommodations prior to arrival for any type of reservation. This fee will be deducted from the total room rate at the end of the stay. Without payment of the fee, the reservation cannot be guaranteed on these dates.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

    People 13 years old and over stay for € 60 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
    Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Pros:

Aquapark faktycznie jak na obiekt przy hotelu jest bardzo dobry z perspektywy różnorodności atrakcji dla małych i dużych.
Czysta pościel i ręczniki w hotelu.
Śniadania mimo, że takie same dzień po dniu to każdy coś sobie może wybrać i są dość smaczne.
Obsługa jest w miarę ok, choć najsłabsza z jaką do tej pory się spotkaliśmy. Z jednej strony są mili ale gdy coś trzeba bardziej dokładnie wytłumaczyć to robią to w taki sposób że nie czuliśmy się dobrze traktowani.

Cons:

Hotel jesli miał przyznane 4 gwiazdki to musialo to byc bardzo dawo temu. Lata świetności ma już zdecydowanie za sobą. Wszech obecne dywany/wykładziny wymagają gruntownego odswieżenia. W pokoju klimatyzacja pracuje tak głosno że nie dało się jej używać a mimo niskiej temperatury na zewnątrz był zaduch. Na szczescie mimo że okno było na stronie ruchliwej ulicy ratowało sytuacje. W lecie wedlug mnie może to być bardzo uciążliwe a nawet nie do wytrzymania.
Woda w aquaparku w strefie dla dzieci zdecydowanie za zimna. Mimo że dzieci dużo biegały i pływały, to były wyziębione. Piszę o dedykowanej strefie dla małych dzieci, która powinna być dostosowana.
Do rachunku doliczono nam skorzystanie z klapek. Klapki (1 para) położone były z szlafrokami i recznikami, więc faktycznie uzyliśmy ich. Po czym okazalo sie że gdzieś drobnym drukiem zapisane było ze są płatne. Uwaga do rachunku z automatu doliczono nam 2x klapki, nawet nie sprawdzając że do pokoju dano nam 1 parę. Po interwencji skorygowano rachunek. Do rachunku dołączono nam koszt jakiejś fundacji.. skorygowano rachunek. Niekomfortowe jest sprawdzanie każdej linijki rachunku o a do tego wyłapywanie błędów.
Zasady wjazdu, wyjazdu na parking też nie są intuicyjne.
Generalnie do tego hotelu z rodziną nie wróce i nie będę go rekomendować. Cena do jakości i lokalizacji tego hotelu nie jest adekwatna. Z Aquaparku można skorzystać mieszkając w innym lepszej jakości hotelu.

Přímo v areálu aquaparku

Cons:

Nelíbilo se mi, že byla avizovaná cena v EUR a následně na recepci jsem obdržel informaci, že přijímají pouze CZK, která byla vyšší než avizovaná v EUR. Prý to zrušili v únoru 2026 ale na booking je uvedena požadovaná cena v EUR
