31.12. the price includes: a mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner, welcome and midnight toast, unlimited selected soft drinks, unlimited house wine and beer (until midnight), entertainment for adults and children, music and midnight light show.

Please note that New Year's Eve dinner price for children or adults at extra beds on request.

For selected dates, the hotel reserves the right to charge a nonrefundable booking fee of 20% of the total amount of the accommodations prior to arrival for any type of reservation. This fee will be deducted from the total room rate at the end of the stay. Aufenthalt hat gür mich gut gepasst - würde aber nur mehr frühstück buchen und keine halbpension.
Pros:

Zimmerausstattung und badetasche fand ich sehr gut. Bademäntel gibt es nur in xl- ist eine einheitsgröße, normalerweise brauche ich m - hat gepasst. Durchgang zur therme fand ich gut. Beim frühstück gab es für kids donuts und pancakes.

Cons:

Silberfische im zimmer. Hab mir oft nicht so viel beim buffet gefunden- gefühlt immer das selbe. Für Vegetarier und veganer wird es schwierig.

Personal heikel im Spabereich!!!
Restaurant im Wasserpark - Preis Leistung eine Frechheit (Speisen im Kartonbehälter und Einmalbesteck, Getränke in Plastikflaschen) dann noch überteuert

Zuwenig Liegen - die Bereiche, wo vor 2 Jahren noch Liegen waren, stehen jetzt Betten, die man buchen und zahlen muss...dann sind diese zu 80% leer.

Familienzimmer Hotel: fenster nicht zu öffnen. Klima funktionierte sehr schlecht. Kopfpolster viel zj hart und zu dick.

The staff were helpful. The room was clean. breakfast was decent. Waterpark was great.

Cons:

The room was small. The water in our shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold and utterly impossible to adjust. The location is not great, but the whole point of the hotel is its proximity to the waterpark.

Pros:

La chambre était bien, avec une bonne literie et une taille idéale pour les familles. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait, avec beaucoup de choix. L’accès au parc aquatique était rapide et facile. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable !
