just nice choice!
Pros:

very stylish, quite, great location, everything is in walkable distance! maintained just fine, especially for this money. room was big!!

Cons:

there was a bit of ants and it was not cleaned very often and carefully. also water in the shower was very hard to get warm

Not the best way to start Thailand
Pros:

They let us do a late checking , the old man in the desk was nice , but didn't know English so was hard to communicate.

Cons:

The shower didn't drain , the toilet was leaking, the wifi didn't work, I ask a few questions before we came but no answer, try to call but they understand me.
Needed assistance in the morning but no one in the front desk.

Cons:

Call the hotline number but no one pick up
The water very small for bath in room 1
Room7 got a smell when my parents entered the room. The rooms and the corridor are dark even the lights all switched on.
Need to upgrade.

grandpa ‘the owner’ are kind of good old kindness man as though he retired from a painting teacher career, reflexed on a water painting decor in every place’s corner …

an internet signal on second and third floors, but on the 1 st floor, a little matter indeed.

不算好的住宿體驗
Pros:

飯店位置還可以，在巷子內但是走路去古城區10分鐘內，塔佩門15分鐘，古城區周邊也有不少餐廳

Cons:

1.很吵無法睡覺:
原本以為巷子內很安靜，但是隔壁有養雞一早就在叫;頂樓有鴿子每天早上5點就有腳步聲，還有類似門的撞擊聲，不誇張住5晚每天早上都有被吵醒，原本以為頂樓有想寵物但是找不到上頂樓的路。
隔音也不好，當初看評論都說這裡很安靜......
2.WIFI等於沒有:
飯店有提供高速WIFI(下載可以到600M)，但是2樓跟3樓的無線AP都壞了所以3樓的房間內完全沒有WIFI訊號，我們只有到1樓才有網路用
3.房間很多地方漏水:
房子剛建好應該是豪宅，但是有點年久失修，洗手台有漏水還會從浴室門漏出來，馬桶也是每次沖水水管也會漏水
4.蓮蓬頭水管不夠長:
因為熱水器在上方，水管是接到上面，如果要蹲下來洗腳是沒辦法的
5.房間光線不足
晚上的時候房間燈全開還是很暗
6.沒有提供衣架
有衣櫃可以掛衣服但是裡面沒有衣架，可能被之前房客拿走?

Tutto sommato molto carino!
Pros:

Posizione molto vicina al centro, 5 m a piedi
Hai tutto a disposizione arrivi benissimo a piedi ovunque.
Letto molto grande e comodo, stanza e bagno spaziosi.
Struttura molto carina, potrebbe essere sicuramente un po’ più pulito il tutto

Cute hotel in a great location
Pros:

Really enjoyed this small independently owned hotel! The room is comfortable and clean, the bathroom seemed new too. We really liked the location, plenty of cafes within walking distance. I think it’s really good value for money.

Pros:

Great location and good room size

Cons:

The floor is not very clean I saw random hairs and dust bunnies. The water pressure for shower is pretty bad and the mattress could be softer. And more lighting in the room would be great.

They did not give us more toilet paper after making the room, needed to ask for more.
