Love the Marbella. It was our 2nd time staying there and we plan on going back. It is a very well maintained property, comfortable and well appointed

Cons:

We had trouble with the locking mechanism at the door. It was a little tricky getting it to work, although we followed instructions.

We would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

This was the perfect place for our trip! We loved having an ocean view and being walking distance from the pier and downtown Oceanside. We loved the close proximity to the water, the private garage, the kitchen, and the amenities.

Good beachside holiday place for a couple.
Pros:

Good location. Nice hosts. Nice outside sundeck. Good laundry facilities.

Cons:

Small for a family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Sofa bed was not comfortable, the mattress was very uneven. The bed in the bedroom was excellent so it would be great for just a couple.

Pros:

Best location, just to cross and there is the ocean. Nice patio. Perfect for a weekend/few days. Walking distance to downtown Oceanside

Cons:

Parking only for one car (and we were group of friends meeting there) and on the street above, by parking pass.
