We would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

This was the perfect place for our trip! We loved having an ocean view and being walking distance from the pier and downtown Oceanside. We loved the close proximity to the water, the private garage, the kitchen, and the amenities.

Good beachside holiday place for a couple.
Pros:

Good location. Nice hosts. Nice outside sundeck. Good laundry facilities.

Cons:

Small for a family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Sofa bed was not comfortable, the mattress was very uneven. The bed in the bedroom was excellent so it would be great for just a couple.

Pros:

Best location, just to cross and there is the ocean. Nice patio. Perfect for a weekend/few days. Walking distance to downtown Oceanside

Cons:

Parking only for one car (and we were group of friends meeting there) and on the street above, by parking pass.

Quaint, convenient and peaceful!
Pros:

The location was perfect! Across from the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops it couldn’t have been more convenient. Unit we stayed in was clean and they had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and a whole chest filled with sand toys for kids. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Oceanside!

Cons:

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like, maybe only the parking garage was a tight squeeze? But that wasn’t a big deal with there being street parking above the property.

Es ist eigentlich alles in der Unterkunft wie beschrieben- mir fehlte der Schrank, die Abwaschmaschine oder zumindest ein Ort wo man das Geschirr abstellen konnte nach dem waschen, zwei Stühle- Unterkunft gebucht für 3, im Bad hat es kaum gerade Platz für den Becher mit der Zahnbürste… also von Komfort keine rede

If you want to be oceanfront and not just ocean view then this place is for you! Cozy, clean and comfortable!
Pros:

Location! Location! Location! Here, you are steps away from the beach! We loved the private elevated patio that we shared with the other guests. Great place to sit and enjoy your dinner with a view! They had plenty of seats and tables and a fire pit too. They also had beach chairs you can take down to the beach. Management was readily available through text and phone during our stay.

Cons:

It was wonderful that parking was included but the parking garages aren’t big enough for larger cars like SUV’s. Luckily our garage was on the side and we were able to park it halfway in to where it wasn’t in the way of other guests.

The property was clean and comfortable in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Location and price. It was clean and very easy to access. I love the deck with fire pit and umbrellas. Room was small and parking was very tight but overall a very nice stay.

Cons:

The shower was really small. Parking wasn’t enforced for other guests so getting into our garage was challenging at times.
