Perfect location, good customer service, clean, bed was cozy

Cons:

The check in time is 4pm and that’s a little late for us but it worked out okay, we went and drove around. I asked to check in early but wasn’t available to, which I understood!

The best stay at Oceanside! Highly recommend

Its in the most amazing position. The beach is across the road. The train is a 5 min walk. There is so much to do

Einer absolute Urlaubskatastrophe

Alles absolut enttäuschend und völlig überbewertet!

Cons:

Was sind das für Sterne? Ich frage mich wirklich, wofür die vergeben wurden. Fünf Sterne? Da sollte Booking strenger eingreifen, denn die lassen sich absolut nicht erklären. Eine Rezeption gibt’s nicht, Housekeeping ist genauso nicht vorhanden, und die Fotos sind so gekonnt gemacht, dass die Realität den Urlaub versauen kann. „Alles neu“ – wie kann so etwas behauptet werden, oder in welchem Verhältnis? Und „privates Parking“? Je nach Zimmer ist es offene Straße – du musst selbst einen Spot finden, und als Erklärung heißt es: „Dein Zimmer hat keine Garage.“ Also Beschwerde einlegen, um das Versprochene zu bekommen – das ist alles andere als entspannt im Urlaub. Zustand der Straße lasse ich mal offen. Erst nach Beschwerde kriegst du mit Glück das Beschriebene, aber das ist Urlaub, und so sollte es nicht laufen. Das Zimmer? Es muffelt und ist viel zu klein. Die Krönung der Erfahrung war der Zustand des Bettes: gelbe Flecken auf den Laken – man weiß nicht, ob Bettwäsche gar nicht gewechselt wurde oder ob man sowas hier einfach verwendet. Personal und Booking? Reaktion erst am nächsten Tag. Nur eine Nacht im Bett schlafen und die andere auf der Couch, weil das Bett voller Flecken ist – bei einem Aufenthalt von nur zwei Tagen und den Preisen, die so etwas eigentlich nicht zulassen dürften. Wer will im Urlaub Ärger nach Ärger erleben? Absolut anstrengend – Erholung sucht man hier vergebens, nie wieder und keine Empfehlung.

We have stayed at Marbella several times and we absolutely love it! The suites are spacious and the view is amazing. The outside deck is fantastic for sunset. The location is outstanding. we can't wait to come back!!!

The location of the hotel is perfect. And that's all .

Cons:

Very small rooms. We are a standard size family of three. We were very cramped. Very small bathroom. Small shower. Small sink . No set for storing things . Throughout your vacation you will have to clean yourself. No one changes towels, bed linen. At the time of our arrival the washing machine was working, but the dryer did not work, respectively we could not wash clothes and towels from the sand . We stayed for 5 days.
