We were very disappointed with our stay. First of all, the hotel we were expecting was not the one we arrived at – during the email exchange, the property contacted us from Hotel Liotopi instead of Akroyali. This felt very misleading and tricky.

Inside the hotel, there were two street dogs, it was dirty, and the evenings were very noisy. The rooms were extremely small, with toilets and showers so tight that it was uncomfortable to use them.

The beach situation was terrible. There were people (mainly Bulgarians) who left their towels and clothes on the sunbeds day and night to reserve their spots. Because of this, we had to walk a long way with our child just to find a free place. The beach itself was dirty, full of cats that used the sand as a toilet.

Parking was also a nightmare. There is no parking near the hotel, so we had to leave our cars at the port or in the center of the village, and even then, finding a space was very difficult.

Breakfast was another disappointment – you are served whatever they decide to prepare, with no choice at all.

Overall, this was a really bad experience. I have traveled all over Greece, including the islands, and this is the very first place that has left me so disappointed.

The coffee for breakfast was below average, and it was an unpleasant contrast with everything else. No seasonal fruits in August (even in seasonal salad) — it's a bit weird. Check-in was a bit chaotic.

A booking szerint van parkolási lehetőség: valójában nincs.
-Félpanzió: reggelire adnak, amit akarnak és nem félpanzió. A reggelikészítő hölggyel azonban lehet "egyezkedni", tekintettel hogy nekem ételallergiám van. A világ legrosszabb kávéját adják. Eljártunk enni a reggeli után kavézóba.
-Vacsora: menüről választasz 1-1 ételt. A többi fizetős. A fizetősök egy részéből kapsz kedvezményt.
-A szállóvendégek kisebb adag ételt kapnak, mint a külsős vendégek. Szóltunk érte, hazudtak össze vissza arcátlan dolgokat: először az volt, hogy nem látjuk jól, masok nem kapnak többet. Aztán az volt, hogy a külsős vendégek egyet esznek ketten, majd amikor mutattam, hogy nézd már ketten kettőt esznek, akkor az lett a mondás, hogy mindenki ugyanannyit kap. Szemmel jól láthatóan többet kapnak a nem szálló vendégek, ez tény kész nincs kit vitatkozni. Csak félrebeszélnu tudtak.
-A legjobb asztalokat a tulaj lefoglalja a külsős vendégeknek, minket el is ültettek szálló vendégként az egyik olyan asztaltól. Bármelyik pincértől nem is rendelhetsz ott szálló vendégként, nem engedik.

-Saját part: az sincs. Van part előtte, de nem saját. Nyitott mindenki számára. Így ha legkésőbb reggel 6kor nem foglalsz ágyat, akkor ott nem lesz ágyad.

-Családok több gyerekkel több felnőttel nagy evéseket csináltak ott a parton, én egy gyrost akartam megenni és kizavartak a partól. Én ilyet még nem tapasztaltam sehol, még azokban az országokban sem, akiket a görögök lenéznek 100 éve. Jeleztem ezt a dolgot a vezetőségnek és elég csúnyán le lettem hurrogva, hogy tartsam be a szabályokat minek pampogok annyit ki vagyok én.

-Hangyainvázió a szobában. Megoldottunk magunknak.

-Parkolás: nincs az sem. 100-200 méterre egy nyilvános parkolóban tudsz leállni.

Lehetett volna jó is, ha nem lenne egy finom kis átverés a booking részéről ennek a hotelnek a hirdetése. Ez a hely olyan 200 euroval túl van árazva.

Kérdésem: Miért kell olyan dolgokat hirdetni, ami nem valós?

Masa este în regim de servire, iar timpii de așteptare seara sunt mari. Băuturile de la cină sunt doar contra cost, inclusiv apa.
Băile foarte mici nu au aerisire.
Gălăgie mare la stradă.
Aerul condiționat din camere bate direct spre pat.
Spre camere se urcă pe scări, puțin incomode. Uneori sunt câini la intrare, peste care trebuie să sari.

the air conditioning blowing directly to the bed and not having an option to direct the air in another direction so you could put a gadjet that is attached to the air-conditioning and doesnt blow directly to the bed. the bathroom didnt have ventilation which was a bit unpleasant

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. We arrived late in the evening in high season and expected what we saw on booking- bright spacious room for a family of 4 with a sea view. First, there was no checkin desk, just an apartment entrance with two dogs sleeping in front of the stairs. So we circled the building but there was no other entrance, so we went to the restaurant. There they told us there was no Germany hotel for 10 years. At first we thought we had a fake booking, but then the key they gave us had a tag Germany and also the hotel label said Germany. We were at the right place. We passed by the dogs and they introduced us to them. They seemed like good dogs just sleeping there - sometimes on the ground floor and sometimes on the first floor. Our room was at the end of the hall. When we entered, it was dark, very small for 4 people, but even that was not the issue. We booked this room because we wanted to enjoy the sea view when it was too hot outside and we wanted to stay in the shade of our balcony. The balcony had a “mountain view”- means you are looking at some old and falling apart buildings on the street and an electric post. There is an image attached.

The moment we turned on the AC, water started dripping on the floor and made a pond.

The bathroom had no ventilation, you can imaging what happened when someone took a shower let alone 4 people after the beach.

The moment we saw the room was not what we have booked, we talked to the people in the restaurant. They told us it is high season we should be happy we have a room at all.

Also the hotel had no parking, we managed to find a spot in a public parking that was about 5-7 minutes walk.

When I booked the hotel, I read a lot of good reviews and that fooled me. This is why I am so detailed now and want people reading to know our experience.

The bathroom was very small & the shower didn't have a curtain so the floor got wet easily.

In our opinion, the price of 160 euros per night is too high for this two-star service.

There is no parking in front of the hotel,
the nearest parking is at the port.

Uncomfortable small shower room: there is no curtain, water pours on the toilet. The washbasin is leaking.

Not good connect of wifi.

Dinner and breakfast are not a buffet. For dinner you could choose one appetizer, one main course (and fish dishes do not include a side dish) and dessert - all these small portions.
Drinks are not included in the buffet price of dinner.
