Cons:

Sofern man vor 15 Uhr anreist, und das Zimmer noch nicht verfügbar ist, man allerdings den Spa nutzen darf, wäre ein Spint für die Klamotten toll, sonst muss man das alles immer mitschleppen

Im Spa Bereich wäre ein Föhn toll

Ansonsten aber alles perfekt!!!

Das Design des Hotels ist wunderbar. Alle Angestellten sind sehr nett und bemüht.

Cons:

Weniger gefallen hat und die Verbindung zu den Pisten, ist aber auch zu schaffen.

Suiten im Trakt der Waschküche
Pros:

Leider waren die Suiten im Trakt der Waschküche ,das Schleudern der Waschmaschinen war sehr störend .
Schlafen nur bis 6.30 in der Früh
möglich ,nach Nachfrage wurde auch nichts geändert.Sehr Schade da es sonst ein „Tolles Hotel „ ist .

We enjoyed our stay very much, the price was a bit high for the quality of the room.
Pros:

The staff and the restaurant were very good. Noah the bar tender was great. The women at the front desk were all very nice and accommodating. The spa area was very nice.

Cons:

We found the rooms nice, but they did not look like the rooms in the pictures. They were much smaller in size. The beds were not very comfortable, and the heating made the rooms feel stuffy.

Wonderful food and wellness area. Loved the fact that you can ski everywhere from the hotel.
Pros:

Huge selection of food and all of it of exceptional quality (often organic). Super delicios and fine dining quality dinners. The wellness areas are also luxiorious with big tea and drink selection (for free). No matter what is the weather outside, you can spend a wonderful time inside the hotel with your family.

Cons:

The fully transparent glass door into the bathroom/shower room in our Suite was weird and made things sometimes uncomfortable/limiting.
