Not a hotel for a good sleep.
Pros:

Nice shower

Cons:

Sash window rattled all the time - had to wedge a magazine in it.
Asked for a quiet room but got a very noisy room - traffic & trains noise all night.
Slip mat in shower tray was grotty & floated.

alter heruntergekommener komplett sanierungsbedürftiger kasten (2 sterne sind nicht nachvollziehbar) + hinterfragungswürdiger motorraddiebstahl meines motorrads vom angeblich videoüberwachten hotelparkplatz
- keine hilfe dazu vom einzigen personal - keine hilfe von angegebener telefonnummer bei problemen

They let me check in later than the check in time.

Cons:

The waste bin in our room wasn’t emptied. One of the towels looked like it hasn’t been cleaned. The towel rail kept falling off the fixing

Pros:

The property is bang on the high street, our bedroom was nice.

Cons:

Our bedroom was overlooking the high street, we had been to a concert in the castle, really good venue. We didn’t get back to our room before 12 but people (having fun) were still shouting etc right upto and possibly beyond 3 in the morning, unfortunately the windows are not double glazed.

Nice enough room but dated
Pros:

Very convenient location, comfortable bed, decent sized room.

Cons:

The bathroom was very grotty. The shower was cramped, there was mould on the ceiling and grouting, the tiles were cracked, the sink was rusty. Very unpleasant.
