One of the best things in our trip to Jordan!
Pros:

Town Season Hotel exceeded all our expectations and was one of the highlights of our visit to Petra. The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable, with spacious rooms and everything needed for a relaxing stay.

The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and local tips. Their hospitality made us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Petra's Visitor Centre, with restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day before exploring Petra.

If you're looking for outstanding service, spotless accommodation, and excellent value for money, I highly recommend Town Season Hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved Wadi Rum in Jordan, so happy this boutique hotel was recommended to ua. We would defo come again!

Exceptional
Lovely small family run hotel, they were like family and treated us well.
Great location, 5-10 mins walk from Petra.
Nice breakfast, and they also provided us with a huge breakfast on the day we left early to go to Petra.
Recommended a great restaurant which was within walking distance Sajiaat AlJanoob restaurant , amazing Maqlouba and chicken curry

Exceptional Hospitality and Great Value!
Pros:

My stay was one of the highlights of my trip to Petra. Despite arriving late without a reservation, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The room was spotless, comfortable, and excellent value for money. A special thank you to Shams and his colleague for their kindness, helpful advice, and outstanding hospitality. The complimentary refreshments in the lobby were a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Petra and would gladly stay here again.

True hospitality.
Pros:

Great location. Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds with good linens. Good shower and bathroom. Modern touches like wifi and electronic room keys.
Breakfast was extensive, too much to eat and huge variety. Friendly staff.

Ali, the manager, was incredibly helpful with excellent restaurant recommendations and helping us get our flat tire repaired.

Truly wonderful hospitality and an excellent property.

A wonderful hotel in Petra...gracious and helpful owner and staff. Free shuttle to Visitor Center and pickup at any time...just call and wait ten minutes.
Good breakfast on 4th floor overlooking the city. Quality furnishings and fixtures...
We really enjoyed our three night stay.

Schönes Hotel in einer nicht ganz so schönen Gegend
Pros:

Zimmer sehr sauber und hochwertig. Petra kann zu Fuss erreicht werden (ca. 15 Minuten)

Cons:

Kann draussen in Wadi Musa sehr laut werden. Vogel in der Rezeption sollte freigelassen werden oder einen größeren Käfig bekommen.

Great room and facilities, very helpful team. The owner picked us up from Petra far exit and recommended us places to eat and go in Wadi Musa.

Cons:

Felt uncomfortable due to the dominant political-religious symbols displayed in the lobby, which I felt disregarded my own historical, religious, and identity. For those looking for a neutral or inclusive environment, this may not be the best choice.

Great stay for visiting petra
Pros:

We arrived late because of rain and fog on the road. The power had been cutoff, but the staff waited for us and had heated the rooms. They upgraded us for confort and offered complimentary drinks. Ordered tasty shawarmas for everyone. We woke up to a lovely breakfast set up. 5 stars for the staff

Cons:

The water was not as hot, but it might have been that the power cut didn't allow the water to heat up enough. Still manageable to have a quick shower. All other things made up for this point.

Excellent Hospitality and Service
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful with our plans to see Petra and Little Petra. They showed excellent hospitality and offered us free rides to and back from the entrance of Petra. The breakfast and view from the breakfast room were both very good.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the centre of Wadi Musa. Owner and staff are super helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was amazing, with a few over the mountains of Petra. I will recommend this hotel to all friends and family.

Cons:

A tiny bit more focus on cleaning would make it spotless. But it's already very good.

Wonderful stay with fantastic hosts, breakfast, amenities, and cleanliness
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The owners and staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfasts were great, and the breakfast staff was always there to help prepare coffee or foul (bean dish). They gave us transport to and from Petra entrance. The room was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here, definitely recommend!
