Pros:

A wonderful hotel in Petra...gracious and helpful owner and staff. Free shuttle to Visitor Center and pickup at any time...just call and wait ten minutes.
Good breakfast on 4th floor overlooking the city. Quality furnishings and fixtures...
We really enjoyed our three night stay.
Would stay there again. Merrill

Schönes Hotel in einer nicht ganz so schönen Gegend
Pros:

Zimmer sehr sauber und hochwertig. Petra kann zu Fuss erreicht werden (ca. 15 Minuten)

Cons:

Kann draussen in Wadi Musa sehr laut werden. Vogel in der Rezeption sollte freigelassen werden oder einen größeren Käfig bekommen.

Pros:

Great room and facilities, very helpful team. The owner picked us up from Petra far exit and recommended us places to eat and go in Wadi Musa.

Cons:

Felt uncomfortable due to the dominant political-religious symbols displayed in the lobby, which I felt disregarded my own historical, religious, and identity. For those looking for a neutral or inclusive environment, this may not be the best choice.

Great stay for visiting petra
Pros:

We arrived late because of rain and fog on the road. The power had been cutoff, but the staff waited for us and had heated the rooms. They upgraded us for confort and offered complimentary drinks. Ordered tasty shawarmas for everyone. We woke up to a lovely breakfast set up. 5 stars for the staff

Cons:

The water was not as hot, but it might have been that the power cut didn't allow the water to heat up enough. Still manageable to have a quick shower. All other things made up for this point.

Excellent Hospitality and Service
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful with our plans to see Petra and Little Petra. They showed excellent hospitality and offered us free rides to and back from the entrance of Petra. The breakfast and view from the breakfast room were both very good.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the centre of Wadi Musa. Owner and staff are super helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was amazing, with a few over the mountains of Petra. I will recommend this hotel to all friends and family.

Cons:

A tiny bit more focus on cleaning would make it spotless. But it's already very good.

Wonderful stay with fantastic hosts, breakfast, amenities, and cleanliness
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The owners and staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfasts were great, and the breakfast staff was always there to help prepare coffee or foul (bean dish). They gave us transport to and from Petra entrance. The room was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here, definitely recommend!

Pros:

Отель в 20 минутах пешей ходьбы от входа в музейный комплекс, но вас в любое время отвезут с ресепшена и заберут обратно в отель без какой-либо дополнительной платы. Персонал очень приветлив и внимательный. Подсказали нам идеальный маршрут на 2 дня. В номерах красиво, чисто. Остались очень положительные впечатления. По-соседству с отелем много кафе и ресторанов с вкусной местной кухней.

Cons:

Не знаешь за что зацепиться. Хотели покушать в отеле вечером, но на тот момент там были только напитки. Через 3 минуты мы уже кушали в соседнем кафе.
Трех канареек в тесной клетке немного жалко.
Приезжайте обязательно на 2 дня. Территория большая, есть где побродить. Не соглашайтесь на поездку на лошадях на входе, которая, якобы, "включена в стоимость билета": будут трясти чаевые.

Super belle expérience au Town Land Hôtel!
Pros:

L’emplacement parfait pour Petra. La propreté et la bonne odeur dans tout l’hôtel.
Le personnel hyper accueillant ! D’une gentillesse incroyable. Au petit déjeuner, le Monsieur nous a proposé de nous compose une salade locale à base de haricots c’était super bon!
Chambre updragdée à l’arrivée, date et thé offerts. Hôtel très agréable à séjourner vraiment.

Pros:

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war liebevoll hergerichtet und der Frühstücksraum hatte einen tollen Ausblick. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zu vielen Restaurants. Uns wurde sehr gute Empfehlungen gegeben.
Für den Besuch nach Petra lässt man den Mietwagen stehen und man wird gefahren. Fahrzeit war keine 5 Minuten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es roch aber etwas muffig. Ich würde dieses Hotel aber wieder buchen.
