Town Season Hotel

Hotel is beautifully decorated. The lounge at the top has a great view of mountains surrounding Petra. The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and really helpful.

Had a great stay here - a lovely hotel with all staff members going above and beyond to ensure a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are spotless (as is the whole hotel) and very comfortable whilst the breakfast is excellent. The free shuttle down to Petra visitor centre is great too! Highly recommended staying here to anyone visiting Petra for a few days

Kind manager and staff, good location, excellent service and rooms

We stayed one night in town season hotel as a family of four and had a great experience. The hotel gave us a family room with one double bed and one single bed — even though we are four, the beds were large and comfortable, so we had no problem at all. Everything was clean and nice.
The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming, and the hotel manager was especially helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. They also kindly dropped us at the Petra Visitor Center entrance and picked us up later, which made our visit very easy. Overall, a wonderful

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I was traveling alone, and all the hotel staff took great care of me, accompanying me whenever I wanted to go so I wouldn’t feel alone. The room was spotlessly clean and offered a beautiful view of the Petra mountains.

The elegant interior design and the warm welcome tea with dates were a lovely extra touch. The food is delicious, and I highly recommend booking the breakfast as well as a lunch box to take with you to Petra.

The hotel is very close to the Petra entrance and the center of Wadi Musa, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. There are also parking spaces right in front of the hotel.

Overall, I spent two wonderful days with amazing people and would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel staff were extremely kind and supportive. It was such a pleasant experience. The hotel is not far from the Petra entrance, however it's on a little hill if you have a suitcase, they provide a free shuttle until 6:00pm. We have tried dinner and breakfast at the hotel, it might be a limited option but very reasonable. Thank you for everything

Çok temizdi, yatak çok rahat ve genişti,kahvaltı harikaydı(fasülye yemeğine şans verin çok lezzetli:), çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı.Sabahtan WhatsApp üzerinden ulaşmaları çok iyiydi.Teşekkür ederiz her şey için tekrar gidersek başka bir yer düşünmeyiz:)

The hotel is spotless and very clean, I have my best sleep during my whole middle east trip.
The breakfast is excellent, especially the jam tastes so good.
The hotel is in the heart of the village and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The minivan station is only 2mins walk behind de hotel.
The host give very helpful advice for two days' pedra walk.

J’ai eu l’occasion de séjourner dans de nombreux hôtels à travers le monde, mais rarement un établissement m’a procuré un tel sentiment de bien-être. Dès l’arrivée, on se sent accueilli avec soin et attention.

Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, toujours frais et très varié. Le personnel se distingue par sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme ; leurs conseils ont été précieux et nous nous sommes sentis véritablement accompagnés tout au long du séjour.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, offrant une vue magnifique, et les chambres sont impeccables, nettoyées chaque jour avec beaucoup de soin. Le service de navette gratuit vers Petra est un réel avantage.

C’est une adresse que je recommande sans la moindre hésitation.

Gyönyörű szálloda, nagyon hangulatos, rendkívüli személyzettel. Kitünő elhelyezkedése van. Nagyon tiszta és szép tágas szoba. A reggeli is kifejezetten jó, sok jordán különlegessék is van és a személyzet aki segítkezett közben nagyon kedvesen segített nekünk kipróbálni és összeállítani jordán reggeliket.

Its a small village in petra but the hotel comfort was 100%. everything was available in the room. the staff was very helpful and informative. Super clean. 4 mins away from Petra site. Lots of restaurants around.

I really enjoyed my time in this hotel and I appreciated the hospitality of the staff who are really involved and engaged in their jobs and missions. You can easily trust their advices for your trip. The room was clean and they really did their best to help me in my solo trip

The people here are amazing. Ali and his brother Mohamed are so kind. Ali took care of me in every way possible. He was very flexible and he was able to provide me a driver that was there for me at the airport. He told me WHEN to start Petra and I got EPIC photos as a result. The trick is to start early before the tour buses come! Also, if you’re doing a Wadi Rum camp site on the same day, you want to go early enough to complete that as well and you’re going to want to get there BEFORE sunset. Ali also let me shower after checking out so I would be comfortable for my ride out to Wadi Rum after a long day at Petra!

Le petit déjeuner a été un moment incroyable. Le meilleur que nous ayons eu de tout notre séjour en Jordanie. Des spécialités jordaniennes, très goûteuses, c'était un voyage pour nos papilles. Nous avons découvert le zaatar, exceptionnel ! D'ailleurs, le patron nous a conseillé l'épicerie de sa famille pour en acheter. Ce que nous avons fait. De temps en temps, nous en mangeons au petit déjeuner, on se rappelle ainsi des bons souvenirs.
Le patron et le personnel étaient d'une gentillesse incroyable, comme tous les jordaniens d'ailleurs, ils ont le sens de l'hospitalité et ça fait du bien !
