Cave pool nice
We too soo long to check in more than half an hour . Only one staff was available . This not acceptable

All the staff working there were super helpful. They paid attention to the smallest details and gave us good recommendations and tips.
The sunset view was amazing! The room was big and had great amenities. A plus thing to be noted is that the toilet had a water spray!
The windows were small and not enough light can enter through the windows but I guess that is the concept of the hotel- cave like experience.
The common swimming pool is quite small.

From the moment we walked into reception we were greeted by very attentive and capable staff.
The location, amenities, food, drinks and service were impeccable.
We had an absolutely incredible stay at Kivotos Santorini. The property is unlike anywhere we've stayed before—quirky, unique, and full of character.
What really made the experience exceptional was the staff. They were so warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the personal touch they brought to everything made us feel incredibly welcome.
The location was ideal. It's in a quieter town between Fira and Oia, so you get to escape the crowds while still having a fantastic choice of restaurants, cafés, and amenities within easy walking distance. It really is the best of both worlds.
And the view... simply breathtaking. Waking up to those stunning panoramic views every morning was unforgettable and one of the highlights of our trip.
We couldn't recommend Kivotos Santorini more highly and would return in a heartbeat.
