The Ocean View Inn

Staff was very nice, room was available for early check-in. The location and set up was so much better than I expected. The room was larger and nicer than I had in any of the other locations I've stayed at in the past. The outdoor patio was also a nice place to just put your feet up and chill.

Location, pool area, sport bar and entertainment

For us, it was a return to the Keys, where we lived for many years. The motel is located on US1 and right next to the restaurant; it's not a luxury motel, but it's perfect for an overnight stay. You can park right in front of your room. The rooms are a good size and have a sliding door at the back that opens onto a private deck with direct access to the pool. We enjoyed our small private patio while sipping our complimentary welcome drink and waiting to use the pool, which was a bit noisy on that Saturday afternoon. The pool area is pleasant with lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas. The pool itself is a good size and heated. I really enjoyed our outdoor shower after swimming. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the night, including a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Located on the side of the road, the noise from the cars is largely blocked by the door and window. I really thought the room would be noisier. There is some road noise, but not enough to bother us.
As it is often the case in the Keys, locals come directly by sea to enjoy the restaurant. The room does not have a direct sea view, but on the side of the motel there is a small path that leads to a dock and directly to the sea.

Fully self-contained gem. Beautiful pool, fun bar/restaurant with live entertainment. Games, fire pit. Everything you need, fun stay.

Good position to explore middle keys

The staff were very nice and helpful. They offered a complimentary check-in drink, which you can enjoy at the bar or with your meal. I originally ordered a shrimp dish, but I actually received a chicken dish instead. It turned out to be very tasty, so I didn’t mind. When I mentioned the mix-up to the staff, they kindly waived the charge for the shrimp dish. That was a very sweet surprise, and I really appreciated the gesture.

Great staff, great food, great atmosphere and that Tuesday night music was fabulous!

The room was clean and renovated but the bathroom was not. Liked the private little back porch. Nice breeze.

Even though it is old our room was really clean and smelt clean when we walked in. The outside area was very cute and the sports bar was so fun.

Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter les Keys. Le cadre dans le logement est joli. Le restaurant / bar attenant est sympathique et apporte un plus (le personnel y ait sympathique).
