Location was excellent, view were stunning and the local area was full of great Restaraunts and bars

the place is great, the view 10/10 the pool is huge , i will back there.

This was our second visit to this hotel and we will certainly be back again in the future. Apostolia, the manager, was there to welcome us when we arrived, say goodbye when we left, and she couldn't do enough for us while we were there. The apartment was well appointed and kept spotless by daily visits from the cleaners. The food and drinks were fantastic and the friendly staff went above and beyond to look after us, we were treated like royalty.

The view but especially the staff made me feel very welcomed.

The staff are all lovely and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The views from the balconies and restaurant terrace are fantastic. The food in the restaurant was good, and the breakfast suited us. We loved the location too.

Amazing location, with great views. The hotel manager was very quick to resolve a couple of maintenance issues and was always a visible and friendly face each morning at breakfast!

Staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, extremely helpful and very professional.

Our stay at the Kefalonia Bay Palace exceeded all of our expectations. Even before we arrived, Apostolia, the hotel manager, took the time to introduce herself and confirm all the details with us, which made us feel well-prepared and at ease before check-in. She truly goes above and beyond for her guests, and her generosity, kindness, and professionalism do not go unnoticed. Shes amazing!

From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a warm welcome and genuine hospitality. The entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease throughout your stay. Whenever we needed anything, they were always happy to help, and every interaction was met with kindness.

We didn’t experience a single issue during our stay and genuinely couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly! If you’re considering staying in Kefalonia, Kefalonia Bay Palace is an exceptional choice.

Beautiful setting hotel built into the side of a mountain what a set of views

The location was amazing, beautiful views, helpful and kind staff, and a nice buffet breakfast. The bathroom was fully stocked with the necessities, including tooth brushes, robes, and vanity products which was a nice touch. They also gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy and a variety of complementary drinks in the fridge. The pool was amazing as well, with showers, lots of sun beds, towels, and a snack/drink bar. The staff was especially helpful when we forgot an item in our room and they shipped it to us no problem. They clearly value and practice good hospitality.

The best menager ever

Having spent a few days in Argostoli on our first visit to Kefalonia and explored the island, we decided we really liked Agia Efemia and wanted to spend our last night in a room with a view. Boy, did we hit jackpot! The view over the bay towards Sami was uninterrupted and breath-taking and that in itself made for an amazing final day. Then, take into consideration, It was very low season and we secured a great value price for the night. We were greeted like royalty and shown personally to our room by the lovely manager, Apostolia. She too had organised a complimentary bottle of wine and local almond treats which we enjoyed that evening on our balcony while catching the most incredible moonrise. Breakast was fantastic, plentiful and lots of choice. You need to be aware that given the hotel is built into the side of a hill, that there is some effort required moving between the rooms & the rest of the hotel and pool. There are lifts covering the majority of this but try not to forget anything in your room when you go to the pool as it is not just a quick nip back! We found the 10 minute walk into the centre perfectly manageable; a very minor incline after leaving the hotel building but perfect for an after dinner stroll or a cocktail or two. The hotel was quiet due to being early season so we were even lucky enough to get a late checkout which meant we could have a little lay by the pool before we had to leave. (Pool very cold at this point of the season, so could not try it but beautiful views, lots of sun loungers, towels included and a bar alongside). We will definitely return and can highly recommend.

Everything about this place is paradise! We booked a standard room with sea view, but on arrival we were upgraded to a villa with private pool. This was a lovely surprise which we were very thankful for. The views are spectacular and we felt at peace and very relaxed the whole time.

They gave us complimentary drinks and a bottle of wine and generally went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel manager, Apostolia, was delightful and really did everything to make our stay perfect.

Breakfast was consistently good every morning and had something for everyone. The staff were friendly and always welcomed you.

The bed was comfortable, good AC.

The location is great and there are lots of great restaurants 5/10 mins walk away. We would recommend agia effimia as a fab place to base yourself in kefalonia and this is the place to stay.

I would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to my friends and family.

Just a perfect stay after a week sailing, everything was perfect, but mostly all of the staff could not have been more kind or helpful, especially the manager. Perfect, thank you 🤗
