Pros:

Fantastic experience. Very clean rooms with all the amenities you need. Excellent food, very friendly staff and incredible views. You can spend days relaxing by the pool & taking in the views .

Não tenho palavras para descrever as acomodações, cama confortável, vista maravilhosa, o hotel é incrível, os funcionários são maravilhosos, a gerente… bom não sei nem o que dizer mesmo, que pessoa incrível, gentil, me senti acolhida e abraçada, por ela e pelo assistente que nos atendeu em toda nossa estadia, eu e meu esposo amamos cada momento neste lugar, gostaria de não precisar ir embora 😅 MARAVILHOSO

Great Stay with Beautiful Views.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and continued to ask if everything was fine. The view was absolutely fabulous and having breakfast looking out at it was amazing.

Cons:

Nothing, To have that view there has to be stairs. However there are 2 lifts to the different levels. If you think stairs are a problem I would suggest hiring a car from the village which we did at very reasonable rates. The hotel is certainly worth staying at.

Die Lage von Kefalonia Bay Palace ist sehr schön und ruhig.
Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent. The village has lots of little restaurants and coffee shops, overall, everything is there and it`s never that busy, even in peak holiday season

The hotel needs updating and a little bit of TLC to the outside areas

Le petit déjeuner est important mais les produits trop industriels, fruits en boîte, café quasi imbuvable, accessibilité du buffet perturbé par les guêpes !!!!
