- Leider wurde bei uns mehrmals das "Nicht-Stören" Zeichen an der Tür ignoriert und Room Service kam trotzdem ins Zimmer, das geht leider nicht
- Bei Check-In wird eine Kreditkarte benötigt und deren Nummer notiert, im Falle von Beschädigungen im Zimmer - das gefiel uns nicht
- Für den letzten Tag haben wir eine Frühstücksbox bestellt, da wir früh zum Flughafen mussten. Leider wurde die Hälfte im Paket vergessen
I had a huge room at the end of the corridor with a balcony overlooking the pool (the other rooms along the corridor have balconies that are outside the room). The room had a spa bath, a shower, a desk and a seating area - all worked amazingly. As I was working, these things are important. Wifi was good. Room was spotless, staff were helpful and breakfast (whilst not amazing) was fine. Location feels local. I loved my stay here! Thank you.

We stayed during Songkran and the property was in a quiet area, with a short walk towards the action. The pool was really nice to cool off in, our private balcony was great to chill out after a day of excitement and water fights. The staff were so friendly and helpful, even when we chose not to get our room clean, housekeeping left us a basket of fresh coffee/cups, toilet paper, and pool towels. I would stay here again!

We really appreciated the first lady that checked us in. She was extremely nice and helpful.
The rooms were cleaned everyday which was great.
The pool seemed great too.
We didn’t realize that the hotel is quite far from restaurants and the main areas of the city. It’s about a 30 minute walk, or a little over 10 minutes by car.
The balcony is also not directly attached to the room, which wasn’t clearly indicated in the listing.
