Prefect location . The bed ia bit shaking

Our stay in the "Deluxe Suite" at Nimano Suites on February 4th was unfortunately a big disappointment. The suite did not meet the standards shown in the pictures in any way.
The bathroom had obvious mold growth, which is not only unsightly but also harmful to health. The bathroom fittings showed heavy signs of wear. The shower products were of inferior quality and did not match the products shown in the pictures of the suite.
The fabric couch from the pictures was replaced with a cheap faux leather couch. An unpleasant air freshener covered up the bad smell in the room.
The walls showed moisture damage, which indicates a lack of maintenance.
Conclusion:
Our stay at Nimano Suites on February 4th was overall disappointing. The Deluxe "Suite" did not meet expectations and had significant defects. We cannot recommend this hotel due to the defects mentioned and advise other guests to look for alternatives.

Variety
Amazing location right in the heart of Nimman. Close to everything, but still very quiet and peaceful room. The design is fantastic and there are lots of great little touches, like a TV that swivels giving you the option to watch from the couch or the bed. Staff were all very friendly. The bed was a little on the hard side but comfortable enough and very big. The bathtub was a nice touch especially as the December weather got quite cold during our stay.
Our room had a slightly musty smell, I think the aircon needed cleaning. Other than that everything was great, and I'd definitely stay here again the next time we visit Chiang Mai.

it's at the 5th street of the Nimman road
it's a very good location
the breakfast has not much choice
we end up go out and find other food to eat the last day
the bathroom floor water not flow to the drain properly
and the shower water is hard to control at the right temperature
The room keycard is not working properly as well
we have the go to the counter and ask the staff to redo
the keycard once or twice a day
they say it has a indoor pool but it was more like a jacuzzi pool
