The personal was very kindly and professional
Buena opción de hospedaje en el centro de Montería. La habitación es cómoda, amplia y limpia. El desayuno es tradicional y con buen sazón. El staff estuvo muy atento y presto a brindar buen servicio.
No se cuenta con acceso para personas con movilidad reducida. No se cuenta con varias opciones de desayuno, solo te tiene café (sin leche) como opción de bebida caliente.
The staff that was present in the morning was lovely and the breakfast plenty. Like in much of Colombia, the staff only speak Spanish.
I arrived at the hotel very late (2AM) and check-in was a bit confusing because the night shift hadn't been expecting me.
