Excelente servicio atención y restaurante
La subida y el tramo del barrio subir no se nota seguro, además no tiene señalizaciones para subir y mucha loma.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The food was honestly one of the highlights, absolutely phenomenal and some of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Also the breakfast was perfect! The pool and natural surroundings were beautiful and relaxing.
The only downside for me was the noise during the first night. Unfortunately, some guests were being quite inconsiderate with loud music and noise until late, and at moments it honestly felt more like being at a party than at a peaceful nature retreat. In a place focused on calm and relaxation, that was a bit disappointing.
That being said, one of the men working there was very kind and genuinely tried his best to help with the situation, which I really appreciated.
A few small suggestions: cushions on the pool lounge chairs would make them more comfortable, the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable for me personally, and it would also be nice if shampoo and soap were included.
Overall, I still had a very lovely stay.

Falta ventiladores en las habitaciones
Muy buenos los espacios privados en los que uno se puede desconectar y muy buena la atención en general.
La ventana del baño de la Suite Paradise no se puede cerrar porque no tiene vidrio, entra lluvia, hace mucho frío en la madrugada porque ese hueco queda prácticamente en la cabecera de la cama y entra uno que otro murciélago en la noche.
El jacuzzi y la mini piscina privada no tenían buen aseo, la parte del borde hasta donde se pueden llenar estaban completamente sucios por residuos de bloqueador solar y bronceador de otras personas. Hubo algunos malentendidos con el restaurante en las noches a la hora de pedir la orden por teléfono.

No funcionaba el jacuzzy no lo pude usar para el frio que hace
Y pague por un servicio y no lo obtuve
