Cons:

I gave a rating of 1 because I have never encountered people with such low moral character. Two families arrived at the property around 9:30 PM with three children in wheelchairs and two Westie dogs; we were refused accommodation on the grounds that the specific rooms we had booked did not allow pets (after speaking with Booking, they confirmed this was stated in the terms and conditions—which I find appalling), even though the hotel is advertised as pet-friendly. After arguing with a manager on the terrace, we were literally chased off the hotel grounds (I should mention that the children had medical appointments scheduled for the very next morning). To make matters worse, they refused to refund our money, and Booking did nothing about it; furthermore, the staff at the property were blatant liars regarding the version of events they reported to Booking

It was a nice room

Cons:

They charged my card for the accommodation even though I had already paid for it once.

They have therefore received double payment. I have contacted them both through Booking.com and directly by email, but they have not responded to any of my messages for seleral weeks.

Essen und schlafen vor der Bergtour
Pros:

Haben im Hotel eine Nacht vor unserer Bergtour verbracht. Dafür war es prima. Günstig ist es auch, gibt auch leckere Pizza und ein kleines Frühstück

Cons:

Unser Badezimmer war sehr klein, das Zimmer dafür sehr großzügig
