The rooms re clean and comfy, the breakfast is nice. The location is genrally good; however at the time we were there construction works were pending in this area which disturbed us.
The beggining was ackward, since we couldnt get into the hotel - the reception was closed and the phone number given didnt respond. After a while we realized that we got text message with auto-check in. I think there should be some information on the hotel's door about it.
Hübsches Haus, gute Lage, und überhaupt ist die Stadt zauberhaft. Wäre nicht die große Baustelle vor dem Haus... (August 2026)
Die App "Alfred", die einen schon Tage vorher drängt, online einzuchecken, nervt. Einfach ignorieren.

Restaurant nicht vorhanden
Snídaně v pohodě, paní byla milá, prostor k nabíraní věcí velmi úzký, neumožnoval pohyb více osob, pokoj malý, ale čistý a uklizeno. Místo bylo skvělé, trochu nekomfortní byla probíhající rekonstrukce v ulici, ale za to hotel nemůže.
Nefungující restaurace, nebylo možné si dát odpoledne ani kávu, nepřístupný venkovní prostor k posezení.. dvorek s posezením, zamčený, bud jste mohli být venku nebo na pokoji, prostory hotelu nelze jinak využívat - což je veliká škoda a zklamání, téměř nulový kontakt s personálem, vše přes AI asistenta. Sprchový kout po namočení nebezpečně kluzký.

Il n’était pas clair qu’il s’agissait d’un établissement sans personnel, autrement je ne l’aurais pas choisi.
Tout est automatisé et c’est à nous de chercher les informations.
Aucune communication : nous avons appris sur place que la rue était en travaux, et donc le restaurant fermé. Il y a également eu une coupure de courant due à des travaux dans l’immeuble, nous n’avions pas été prévenus.
L’isolation est médiocre et nous n’avons pas pu dormir la première nuit à cause de nos voisins de chambre qui mettaient de la musique (qui leur dira quelque chose vu qu’il n’y a pas de personnel ?).
Le lendemain, nous avons appelé le numéro de contact de booking et écrit un e-mail pour demander à changer de chambre. Je n’ai jamais eu de réponse.
Au petit déjeuner, la personne qui s’occupe de l’organisation nous a à peine adressé la parole et ne nous a pas demandé notre numéro de chambre.
Enfin, après notre départ, j’ai reçu un e-mail de booking m’annonçant que je n’avais pas séjourné dans l’établissement (?).
Bref, bien loin de l’image de l’hôtel familial que l’on nous annonce, au contraire, tout est dépersonnalisé et très fade.
Ubytování je na skvělém místě, jste přímo v centru Pardubic. Pokoje útulné a snídaně chutná.
Vše bylo v pořádku. Jen je třeba počítat, že k pokoji vede více schodů. Hotel není bezbariérový.
