Krásný rodinný hotel s velice příjemnou obsluhou. Naprosto dokonalé pětichodové menu. Super snidaně formou švedských stolů, čistota a pořádek v celém hotelu a mile mě překvapilo garažové parkování...sice dál od hotelu, ale pod střechou... :-)

Das Frühstücksbufett und die sehr tolle üersönliche Betreuung

A wonderful place with excellent service and a delightful family atmosphere. Very clean rooms, personalised approach to guests, excellent food with service worthy of a fine restaurant. It was my first time at this hotel and I don't think I've ever experienced such a surprise in terms of expectations versus reality. It was great and we will definitely be back. It is immediately apparent that the family who runs the hotel really enjoys their work and generally likes people. This greatly improves the level of service and the guests' experience. Do not change a thing!

The hotel is family run with lovely hosts.
The hotel is very clean. I noticed the carpets are washed.
The hotel is centrally located in Obertauern 50m to Gamsleiten ski lift. It is essentially ski-in ski-out.
The hotel has a sauna space which is quite new though a tad small.
The ski lockers are spacious with boot heaters in each locker.
The half board is excellent. The dinner is professionally plated with a choice of dishes.

Jedná se o klidný menší rodinný hotel přímo v centru Obertauernu. Na sjezdovku je to pár minut pěšky, obchody jsou všude kolem. Pokoje jsou útulné, denně uklízené. Vynikající jídlo je servírované s profesionálním přístupem. V lyžárně má každý pokoj svoji vyhřívanou skříňku, na lavicích jsou polštáře a kožešiny, na zemi koberce proti uklouznutí. Určitě vřele doporučujeme.

Location is excellent especially if you travel with kids. Ski school meeting point is behind the hotel, renting equipment for kids is also 10 meters distance.
Half board is very good, nice selection of dishes for dinner and excellent salat bar.

Great breakfast and overall service

It's the best small hotel we've ever been to. If what you expect is just a place where you can sleep and eat while enjoying the nature (skiing or wandering through Obertaurn), this hotel provides so much more. There are no pools or playgrounds, but they provide the atmosphere rarely seen these days. Each member of the family is exceptionally friendy and warm. Soon you might feel as if you were staying with a family of your own. They make sure you feel comfortable all the time. The hotel is in the very centre of the village, providing parking in a nearby garage. There is a parking place in front of the hotel, but the owners want your car to be protected from harsh weather conditions so they recommend the garage and take you there whenever you want to use your car.
The food is exceptional. The dinner is served in several courses with two options for the main couse (one of which you choose each morning).
We have been there with two children (ages 5 and almost 1), who are difficult to entertain indoors, but the owners offered different kinds of board games and a baby sleigh, just to make our stay even more comfortable. A truly remarkable experience.

Beautiful and cozy family hotel, decorated in the alpine style and very clean. The food was excellent with a 5 course menu, served by the owners themselves but in a manner of a high class restaurant. We were overwelmed with everything in this hotel and will definetly come again.

This place is an absolute gem. Top quality in all aspects. Exceptionally clean, exceptional food, exceptional staff.
