El personal muy agradable excelente atención
Que el parqueadero está por fuera del hotel
Duvan, el chico de recepción, fue increíblemente amable con mi mamá que es una señora mayor, ayudándole a realizar el check in y solucionando que pudiera cenar, dado que ese día el restaurante del hotel estaba cerrado.

Muy desmejoradas las instalaciones y el aseo 0, tuve problemas con las habitaciones asignadas, me asignaron 3 y cada una estaba desaseada.
