Overall experience is ok if you know what to expect
Pros:

Good location, easy to find, clean, friendly staff

Cons:

I would like rooms to be a bit bigger and that there were some chairs on balcony

Pros:

Sadly, the air conditioning didn't work in the first room. Then, helpful receptionist organised a new room on 4th floor for us and it was excellent. Thank you.

Pros:

Location in centre of town. Close to shops,bars and restaurants.
We got a room on a renovated floor wich was perfect. Clean,good bed,good bathroom. Modern look. Emloyees at reception friendly and helpful.
There are 2 or 3 parkingspaces reserved for guests.

Cons:

If the hotel continues renovating the rest of the floors it will be a perfect hotel to stay and visit Ptolemaida.

Ευχάριστη σύντομη διαμονή.
Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Πτολεμαΐδας με όλα τα κέντρα ενδιαφέροντος κοντά.Καθαροι χώροι και ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Cons:

Είναι βασικών παροχών με παλιά διακόσμηση.

Πολύ καλή διαμονή και εξυπηρέτηση.
Pros:

Ήταν κεντρικά και πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό των λεωφορείων. Έκανα check in το ξημέρωμα 04πμ. και ήταν κάποιος εκεί να με εξυπηρετήσει. Το δωμάτιο άψογο.

Cons:

Δεν έχω κάποια παρατήρηση.
