Warm hospitality and services, best location, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The staff team is extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. We were supplied a heater and blanket when mentioning we felt the room a bit cold. Also upon check out, my Uber ride request experienced delays and the manager went all the way helping me communicate with the driver, trouble shoot, and eventually called a cab in time, ensuring us catching a smooth ride to the bus station. The staff team does everything to make guests feel at home. Thanks! The location is very central. Room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend Casa del Agua to friends travelling to Guanajuato.

Muy mala la peor de todos mis viajes

Nada, nos trató el gerente muy déspota. Nos insultó. De todos mis viajes en alojamiento es el peor. En este hotel ya me había quedado 4 veces y jamás había ocurrido algo así. Pero jamás vuelvo

Cons:

Que no hay internet como dicen, reserve con estacionamiento que dice ahí incluido y me cobraron 600 pesos extras. Que el gerente general, no deja hablar, me dice que llegamos todos los huéspedes locos, que no debí traer ese vehículo que está grande, que revise si hay evento para ir a Guanajuato por qué no es su culpa. No hay donde estacionarse y dice la aplicación paradero, todos pitaban y el gerente nos decía tranquilícese cuando por fuera nos mentaban la madre. Y solo gritoneaba y hacía las cosas más calmadas diciendo tranquila pero ironincante.

Everything about this hotel is great, including location and staff. Antonio was amazing and did everything possible to let us have a great stay! He even took our luggage to another hotel we were moving to at the end of our stay.
