Everyone, everyone from the receptionist to the bartender were amazing. The manager Aleandro was on top of our needs. We will come back and we totally recommend it.

Spent a lovely week at this wonderful hotel . The location is stunning and all the staff helpful, friendly and professional .
I stayed in an East Augean suite, which was spacious & clean with a separate bedroom . Bed very comfortable.
It is a bit of a hike to Imerovigli centre but a pleasant , scenic walk approx 1.5 miles .
If you don’t have your own mode of transport I’d definitely recommend consider getting a taxi back to the hotel at night , which the staff will arrange . Around €20 one way from Imerovigli centre to the hotel !
The restaurant is open daily at Xenones from 12md to 10 pm , serving hot meals and snacks . The Shrimps are to die for ….
As a solo traveller I felt extremely comfortable and would highly recommend.

The most special thing at this property is the staff! The general manager Alexandros was brilliant. The rooms are beautiful, the sunset is exquisite and the jacuzzi rooms are stunning. We had late lunch and dinner in the hotel on 2 occasions, Nicos was amazing and such a kind gentleman. Alexandra, Bruna on reception were lovely. Muhammed at breakfast and around the pool was also so kind.

Personnels très agréables, À commencer par Alex qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement en venant nous chercher au parking même dès notre arrivée, les messieurs du petit déjeuner (tout le monde sans exception), les secrétaires, les filles qui s'occupent du linge et Nikos au restaurant/bar qui est très exceptionnel, très social et jovial qui nous a accueilli au restaurant et avait pris soins de nous.
Bref, tout le monde était exceptionnel dans cette maison!
Nous recommandons cet établissement.Rien à dire.

Xenones Filotera in Santorini is an exceptional place to stay, especially if you’re looking to relax and soak in breathtaking views under the sun. The scenery is simply fantastic, you could easily spend the entire day at the resort just enjoying the surroundings. You can experience amazing sunset from the hotel.

The staff truly stand out: extremely helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the trek from the hotel to Oia, an unforgettable experience with stunning views along the way.

The location is very convenient, positioned nicely between Oia and Fira. Having a small car is recommended to explore the island comfortably, and the private parking provided by the hotel is a big plus.

Overall, a wonderful stay combining great views, excellent service, and a perfect base to explore Santorini.

Super vriendelijk personeel!! Prachtige uitzicht. Mooie kamer en alles wat je nodig hebt om jouw verblijf nog extra aangenaam te maken. Heel lekker en gevarieerd ontbijt.

Pros- Excellent location. Stunning Breathtaking caldera Views & friendly but minimal staff. Peaceful & quiet and away from mass of tourists. Buffet breakfast is plentiful and quick as its self service but a limited variety with no change and no hot food. Nice Jetted bathtub that you can sit in & watch sunset. Relaxing holiday and didn’t have many steps like most other hotels so good if you have mobility issues. Good location to get to Fira or Oia but be prepared for long uphill walks. Sunsets look different from different view points and the Sea
Cons- Their kitchen is closed for 2 days every week and even when open its only from 3pm with limited bar food so never even bothered to try it. Didn’t see anyone else try it either. They are happy to order food for you but as no heating facilities available its cold food. Other restaurants are far away and taxi service is surprisingly costly. Uber doesn’t work here. Infrequent bus service though not far away. Limited vegetarian food everywhere. Noisy extractor fan in an otherwise large room. No shelves in bathroom.

Excellent place with exceptional view. The staff was also great.

Vue magnifique. A part une personne Juliette à la réception et un monsieur au snack tous les autres étaient très attentionnés notamment à l'égard de mon père ayant des problèmes de santé. Nous remercions spécialement Vassili, Ana et Giuliano pour leur dévouement et services rendus.
Les chambres étaient spacieuses et l'air conditionné diffusant de l'air chaud étaient forts appréciables en ce mois d'octobre frais.
