Un peu loin de tout,pas de restaurant sur place juste un snak.
Jacuzzi bruyant surtout la nuit quand les gens parlent et sur le passage donc pas tranquille du tout .

Pros:

Pros- Excellent location. Stunning Breathtaking caldera Views & friendly but minimal staff. Peaceful & quiet and away from mass of tourists. Buffet breakfast is plentiful and quick as its self service but a limited variety with no change and no hot food. Nice Jetted bathtub that you can sit in & watch sunset. Relaxing holiday and didn’t have many steps like most other hotels so good if you have mobility issues. Good location to get to Fira or Oia but be prepared for long uphill walks. Sunsets look different from different view points and the Sea
Cons- Their kitchen is closed for 2 days every week and even when open its only from 3pm with limited bar food so never even bothered to try it. Didn’t see anyone else try it either. They are happy to order food for you but as no heating facilities available its cold food. Other restaurants are far away and taxi service is surprisingly costly. Uber doesn’t work here. Infrequent bus service though not far away. Limited vegetarian food everywhere. Noisy extractor fan in an otherwise large room. No shelves in bathroom.

Vue magnifique. A part une personne Juliette à la réception et un monsieur au snack tous les autres étaient très attentionnés notamment à l'égard de mon père ayant des problèmes de santé. Nous remercions spécialement Vassili, Ana et Giuliano pour leur dévouement et services rendus.
Les chambres étaient spacieuses et l'air conditionné diffusant de l'air chaud étaient forts appréciables en ce mois d'octobre frais.

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner et salle de sport ne correspondent pas au descriptif qui étaient pourtant les deux raisons principales pour lesquelles nous avions choisi votre hôtel (grande déception pour laquelle nous ne retournerons pas à cet hôtel).
Il est mentionné qu'il y a un restaurant, alors qu'il ne s'agit que d'une petite restauration, genre snack. Pas de restauration le soir.
Parking pas prévu pour des grandes voitures.

El personal es muy amable, la habitación del hotel bien equipada, amplia y cómoda, las vistas son espectaculares, el hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila, se puede llegar relativamente rápido a fira y se encuentran espacios muy lindos para fotos sin multitudes. El personal nos ayudó a programar el transporte para ir hacia el aeropuerto

A perfect Santorini getaway
Pros:

Everything was amazing! The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were kind and gentle. We were a party of three, and the room fit us perfectly, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. The view of the caldera is truly priceless. We needed a late checkout ,just one extra hour,and it was arranged easily.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I was contacted by the hotel only 15 hours before my flight, informing me that the outdoor jaccuzi — the main reason I booked their property and chose it to celebrate my birthday — was suddenly out of order. Instead of offering a proper solution, they proposed a downgrade/move to another hotel (with no jaccuzi)/free dinner and drinks, even though I wasn’t traveling there to eat (and their restaurant has terrible reviews).
The alternative options they offered were completely unacceptable, so I asked for a full refund and compensation, as I had to make a last-minute booking that cost me over €1,000 for 5 nights instead of €500. Shockingly, the hotel replied that compensation was “illegal”!( I HAVE PROOF OF OUR CONVERSATION)
This experience completely ruined my birthday trip. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs if you want a pleasant and reliable stay.
