Il soffione doccia piccolo e il miscelatore doccia non completamente funzionante. Bar e ristorante chiusi durante il nostro soggiorno.
Rooms were as pictured nice and clean. The pool was beautiful. Jola was very helpful and always available for questions and to help !
Muy lindo el hotel. Buena ubicación, cerca de puntos importantes pero sin estar en el medio del caos turistico. La atención de Jola fue excelente! Nos acompaño y guio para que tengamos una hermosa experiencia
Instalações novas, modernas e amplas. Localização próxima aos pontos turísticos, estando de carro é excelente. Funcionários super atenciosos e gentis. Nota 10 para Yola que nos esperou até tarde porque nosso vôo atrasou. Pediu comida pra nós e sempre estava disposta a nos auxiliar. Café da manhã excelente, preparado com carinho pela funcionária sempre gentil.
Definitivamente, não é um hotel 4 estrelas. A única funcionária prestativa é a recepcionista Kristina, que se esforça para acomodar os hóspedes. O restante é grosso, nem falam com você.
Não há recepção durante o dia todo; não ajudam com as malas; quarto sujo, com poeira; água quente do banheiro é fraca, banho horrível; cama de casal eram 2 camas de solteiro lado a lado; etc. Poderia citar vários outros problemas.
Isso não é uma acomodação 4 estrelas. Não caiam nesse golpe pega-turista.
I loved how clean and new the property was, the bedroom was big and had a very functional bathroom with a large shower. The best thing of all was how careful and kind the stuff was, Kristina is always nice ,available and ready to help with everything . The breakfast buffet was very good but mostly savoury. I would totally recommend this structure also for being 10 min (walk) away from Imerovigli town , for a quite and peaceful stay in santorini with breathtaking views. The pool area is clean and has everything you need.
Only bad aspect is the fact that the street in front of the hotel is very trafficked and poorly illuminated at night so you must be careful if you are interested in taking a walk to the town, but overall with a car it's a perfect location especially if you're interested in seeing the sunset and it's easy to reach thira and oia by car.
Really nice hotel , must stay when in Santorini. They have a really beautiful with amazing views highly recommend.

The room was a decent size, the location would be great if the restaurant and bar were open.
The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner and there were no bar facilities. We were advised there were no staff available for service.The restaurant appeared to have been closed for sometime. Due to location of the property and the mature age of some of the family we were travelling with, we had to arrange transport to other restaurants and bars etc for meals etc..which made the vacation more expensive than anticipated. On our second last day, part of the hotel lost power. We were transferred to another hotel, where we lost at least half a day relocating and had to transport our luggage down a substantial amount of steps.
