Pros:

Really nice hotel , must stay when in Santorini. They have a really beautiful with amazing views highly recommend.

Peaceful stay, great stuff and beautiful views .
Pros:

I loved how clean and new the property was, the bedroom was big and had a very functional bathroom with a large shower. The best thing of all was how careful and kind the stuff was, Kristina is always nice ,available and ready to help with everything . The breakfast buffet was very good but mostly savoury. I would totally recommend this structure also for being 10 min (walk) away from Imerovigli town , for a quite and peaceful stay in santorini with breathtaking views. The pool area is clean and has everything you need.

Cons:

Only bad aspect is the fact that the street in front of the hotel is very trafficked and poorly illuminated at night so you must be careful if you are interested in taking a walk to the town, but overall with a car it's a perfect location especially if you're interested in seeing the sunset and it's easy to reach thira and oia by car.

The room was a decent size, the location would be great if the restaurant and bar were open.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner and there were no bar facilities. We were advised there were no staff available for service.The restaurant appeared to have been closed for sometime. Due to location of the property and the mature age of some of the family we were travelling with, we had to arrange transport to other restaurants and bars etc for meals etc..which made the vacation more expensive than anticipated. On our second last day, part of the hotel lost power. We were transferred to another hotel, where we lost at least half a day relocating and had to transport our luggage down a substantial amount of steps.

- Klima hat am ersten Tag nicht funktioniert
- Nicht das Zimmer erhalten, das wir gebucht haben (Beschreibung enthielt Balkon, wir haben das Zimmer ohne Balkon bekommen)
- kalte/unfreundliche Ausstrahlung der Empfangsdame während des gesamten Aufenthalts, sehr unprofessionelle Sprache (machte uns Vorwurf wieso wir nicht gleich gemeldet haben, dass die Klima nicht funktioniert obwohl sie auf unsere andere Nachricht nie geantwortet hat, ist spät oder gar nicht auf unsere Anfragen eingegangen, hat Booking.com keine Rückmeldung auf die Beschwerde wegen der Zimmerkategorie gegeben)

Vale a pena se você estiver com carro para chegar.
Pros:

Facilidade de chegar com malas pesadas, considerando que a maioria do hotéis de Santorini possuem essa dificuldade. Bom atendimento, com orientações e indicações de passeios.

Cons:

Dificil para chegar aos principais pontos da cidade sem carro. Ruas perigosas e caminhada longa. Vale muito a pena se estiver com carro.

Ein charmantes Hotel, perfekt zum abschalten und für Zeit zu Zweit.
Pros:

Der Pool und die Aussicht waren wirklich schön. Dadurch das es nicht so viele Zimmer gibt, war es auch nie voll oder laut, man hatte stets das Gefühl alleine zu sein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war auch ausreichend und lecker.

Cons:

Leider war die Bar bzw. das Restaurant für Mittag- und Abendessen geöffnet. Die Lage hat ihren Charme, es ist direkt an einer Straße, leider ist der Fußweg zum nächsten Dorf durchaus ein wenig problematisch, aber mit Rücksicht auf den Verkehr ist man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß am Ziel.

Loved the area as in Fira but not where the hotel is positioned and back streets was full of rubbish the main areas love

Pros:

The location is just on the outskirts of Imerovigli. There is a Carrefour within walking distance and the city center as well (you can take the main road, which is a bit dangerous, or backways, which are more scenic but longer—about 16 minutes there). The pool facility is nice. Rooms are basic, but modern and clean.

Cons:

Bathrooms had a TERRIBLE sewage smell.

We moved rooms as the sea view room was booked out for part of the stay. The sea view rooms are worth the extra money. You get a private terrace and a view, and it is quieter. The other rooms in my opinion, are pretty terrible. No privacy as windows face out to the main road and guests are walking by all day.

During our stay, there was a group who had booked 16 rooms for a wedding. This group partied into the late and early hours of the night/morning every day/night. We (and other guests) complained to staff, who "talked to them sternly," but that was about it.... They continued to party and be disruptive. As they were the larger group, they were given preference, and not enough serious action was taken to ensure the comfort of the other guests. They monopolized the entire hotel and its facilities. For example, there weren't enough sun loungers for everyone, they dropped food in the pool, and left everything trashed. We didn't sleep for 3 nights as they were partying, screaming, fighting, and banging on the walls. Truly unacceptable that the hotel staff did almost nothing about it except for giving them a "talking to".

The bathroom should stop using small disposable toiletries and replace them with refillables to be more sustainable.

Good quality for the price in Imerovigli (with pool)
Pros:

Great location (800mts from Imerovigli center). Near the bus station to Fira or Oia. Private parking. Excelent bed and linen. Good infinity pool with a view (not for the caldera side!). Kristina is quite attentive and responsive!

Cons:

Breakfast was served in the restaurant that has artificial light. I asked to eat on the tables by the pool and was authorized. There weren't too many varierty of choices for breakfast.
