The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. They provided everything we asked for promptly, and their hospital

Cons:

The electric kettle was leaking and did not appear to be hygienic. It should be replaced with a new one. The cups and spoons also looked heavily used and could be cleaner or replaced.

For a three-day stay, the number of coffee sachets provided was insufficient. It would also be appreciated if at least two bottles of drinking water were provided as a standard amenity.

Pros:

Ho viaggiato moltissimo in tutto il mondo, ma raramente mi è capitato di trovare host come Laura. È disponibile, pratica ed efficiente. Ci ha aiutato a pianificare la nostra vacanza cercando le migliori soluzioni per noi. La struttura è molto accogliente e la vista sulla caldera bellissima!

Volveria sin dudas
Pros:

Todo desde que llegamos su recivimiento el lugar location el personal todo, hasta nos agendaron casi todas las actividades el paseo en el catamaran fue hermoso, sin duda el dia que regrese a santorini con mis ninas volveria

Que el jacuzzi no tenia calefaccion y luces para por la noche pero en realidad todo estaba espectacular

Pros:

Muy chulo!! El entorno increíble, nos recibieron súper bien siempre. Nos ayudaron con las maletas y los transfer al aeropuerto y a al puerto. Además nos dejaron dejar la habitación más tarde porque íbamos con un bebé y así no nos quedásemos al sol tanto tiempo. Mejor imposible😊

Perfect stay
Pros:

The property was lovely and offered everything you could expect for the price paid. The view was incredible, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and maintained to a good standard.

The real gem of this place is the staff. From the reception team to the housekeeping staff, everyone was genuinely committed to making our stay special. We had our wedding photoshoot during our stay, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating, helping with everything we needed, including some last-minute requests. They even upgraded us to a larger room, which was a wonderful gesture.

A special thank you to Stefanos and Anna, who were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The entire team went above and beyond to make us happy, and their hospitality made our experience truly memorable.
