離火車站、商圈近，很方便。

Cons:

入住才說刷卡機故障不能刷卡，只能付現或轉帳，其他商店刷卡都沒問題。
電視超小，還故障，等待維修更換一段時間才完成。
浴廁內一直有臭味，浴巾潮濕，沒提供小毛巾。
空間小、隔音差、早餐陽春。

Cons:

好像什麼東西都是壞的，飲水機壞到只剩下二樓有，刷卡機也壞了，廁所的排風機聲音超大，房間隔音也不好，隔壁吵鬧都聽得見，枕頭不知有沒有洗有點怪怪的味道。早餐應該就不能怪飯店，說是吃到飽，由於是由店家幫打菜，所以多打幾次，店方臉色就不好，還會在背後跟同事比打了幾次菜，看了心情不好。

Pros:

阿里山駅までの近さ。子連れの私たちを、受付の上の部屋に通してくれたこと。

Cons:

①クレジットカードが使えない。(機械が壊れていると説明があったが、Booking.comに登録しているカード情報から引き落とせないのでしょうか？)カード払いの手数料の節約のためなのかな？と感じてしまいました。

②お風呂のカビの匂い。(霧の多い地域ではありますが、対処の余地ありと感じました)

③布団で寝ていると足に痒みを感じた。(壁にトコジラミの血糞？のようなものも見られました。ただの黒カビか汚れかもしれませんが...)
