Cons:

If I speak about the hotel, it was fine overall. However, the information and guidance provided by FabHotel’s website were completely incorrect. Rove Inn & Suites was good, but the details shared by the FabHotel team were absolutely inaccurate.

This is a formal complaint regarding FabHotel’s services, as the experience did not match what was communicated on their platform.
The FabHotels website also guided me with completely wrong information. They showed one thing online but sent me to something entirely different. The booking mentioned “included breakfast,” but in reality, the breakfast was just a single dosa.

Based on this experience, I will never prefer or recommend FabHotels to anyone. I will also be informing my company to avoid making any future bookings through FabHotels.

Pros:

Not at all good for the price point I paid. when asked them regarding price, they told me they provide rooms for 1.5k and for two days it will be 3k. But I paid 4.8k. Not at all good.

Cons:

No proper wifi connection, bed is not good, no tv in my room and no AC remote. When asked, manager was rude.

Cons:

when I cancelled one of the room from 2 rooms which I booked, staff did not allocate me room when I went for check -in saying that they did not receive confirmation from Booking.com for room cancellation and I need to pay the money for cancelled too for which I did not agree and they made me wait for 2.5 hrs in the night.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is good as it was close to the place where I had my work and also the vicinity was having good places to eat and roam.

Cons:

The room's were very small. The facilities were not good. The servicing was not proper.

Would look for better options next time
Pros:

Service staff was decent and cooperative

Cons:

Cleanliness, bathroom accessories like stool not provided, towels, bedsheets have to be much better, limited options for breakfast as they order from outside
