Pros:

Accueil et service du personnel excellent , Dylan nous a tres bien pris en charge et a essaye de nous parler français pendant ses 2 jrs , la chambre etaot tres bien équipée et spacieuse. Restaurants excellent et prix raisonnable

Cons:

La « visite » de tour qui viennent profiter de l’hotel de 9h a 14h amène un flux de personnes.. le complexe a assez de transat mais cela gache un peu la tranquillité par rapport au prix.

Heavenly. Paradise. Amazing.
Pros:

Small quiet and beautiful. Grounds well kept. Staff helpful and amazing . Amazing sea colors. It was a paradise.

Cons:

A little dangerous getting in and out on kayak at the designated area. Food could be improved. No hair dryer.

Splendid time.
Pros:

Gloria and Jorge were excellent hosts. The grounds were well kept and the food quality was excellent. A little corner of paradise. Very relaxing one night stay. Would certainly recommend.

Cons:

the check out time was rather early compared to the time the boat leaves back to Cartagena.

Hotel Isle del Sol
Pros:

Location. Staff very helpful especially Dylan on reception. Food ok. Breakfast very good, fresh fruit yogurt and thin pancakes. Assorted eggs cooked for you. Clean tidy and nice spot for a few relaxing days. Fast boat worked well. Chaotic at gate 4 to get here but staff and wrist tags were good. Great and quick communication from the hotel to my questions before the trip started. Thank you whoever did all that

Cons:

Sun beds blocking all day until folks left at 3 pm. Towels on the beds and not used at all. So nowhere to sit and relax. Saturday may have been a busy day. Loud bar music maybe nice but so is a bit of quiet. Tours slightly overpriced but did break the day up. I enjoyed the snorkeling but don't expect the red sea

Struttura curata nei dettagli, staff cordiale e disponibile. Cucina ottima, con piatti di qualità.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato per Capodanno. Forse ci aspettavamo qualche festeggiamento in più in occasione dell’ultima notte dell’anno. È stata organizzata solo una cena, terminata piuttosto presto (intorno alle 10:00 pm).
Questa è stata probabilmente l’unica nota meno positiva del soggiorno, soprattutto perché al momento della prenotazione avevamo chiesto se fosse previsto qualcosa per Capodanno.

The entire resort. The staff who welcomed us to the island, the bungalow, the service, the view, the pool and the beach. Eaten the snorkelling trip with kids. Everything was just perfect!

was okay but would not go there again

the rooms are quite decent and we really liked the private terace
the water sports we enjoyed

the restaurant quality was velow average. Really disapointing especially that there is not much options around. But luckly we found a botique hotel near by 10 mins with a bike that we often at their.

They could invest 10k in the facilities/landscap and beach front and it woul dhave looked really nice. All together it was simple place and not as they advertise

Su ubicación, tranquilidad y servicios. El personal del hotel muy amable.

Cons:

Durante nuestra estancia un huésped llegó con dos perros, que se metían a nuestra terraza a pelear en la noche, los perros estaban sueltos por todo el hotel y afectaban el descanso. El precio de las bebidas es excesivo 3 o 4 veces más que en las tiendas del poblado. El último día, la cena que pedimos estaba en mal estado y posiblemente sufrimos una intoxicación alimentaria, estuvimos con vómito y escalofríos al día siguiente de irnos del hotel. No te dan información de la isla, hay varias caminatas y playas para visitar de manera gratuita muy cerca al hotel, pero están claramente enfocados a que estés en el hotel todo el tiempo y contrates excursiones con ellos.

La cocina era muy rica, todos los platos que pedimos en el almuerzo estaban divinos. Es un sitio tranquilo para descansar. La orilla de la playa que tiene el hotel es cómoda y rica. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero con todo lo necesario para que pases tu estancia.

Cons:

Lo encontré un poco caro para lo básico de las instalaciones y considerando que solo te incluye desayuno y todo lo demás lo pagas aparte. El bar es algo pequeño y básico, pero eso no quita que los chicos que te atiendan no sean amables. La playa y el pueblo hacia la parte de los manglares necesita de verdad que la limpien, sobre todo en las mañanas cuando la marea estuvo alta en la noche. No es un tema solo del sector del hotel diría que las islas en general y es algo que le
