It was clean and staff was very friendly. Location is just perfect.
Food could be a little better.

Deberían avisar a los huéspedes que la playa tiene conchitas para que lleven aquashoes y advertir que en el mar podría haber medusas.
It was a little paradise. We were there as a family for 3 nights, and none of us were ready to leave. The ocean was dreamy, the pool divine, and the food was delicious too. We met some other wonderful travellers as well. The staff were all very friendly.
The only drawback, which I didn’t figure out until it was too late, was that you can only reasonably access the hotel on their boat shuttle leaving Cartagena at 8 AM, and returning to Cartagena at 3:30 PM. This meant we had to leave our Cartagena hotel much earlier than desirable on the way there. And on the way back, we had to book a private boat and a taxi for 800,000 Colombian pesos to get us back to Cartagena in time for our 4 PM flight. Money I hadn’t expected to spend.

Hinweis für Raucher: Auf der gesamten Anlage verboten (angeblich wg. Brandgefahr). Auf Nachfrage darf man dann hinter den letzten Bungalow „mitten im Trockenen“. Ob das Sinn macht, weiß ich nicht.
El desayuno, excelente. La actitud de los empleados, inmejorable. Todo el tiempo intentando hacer de nuestra estadía la mejor del mundo. SUPER recomendable.
Beautiful property and well maintained
There was only one menu for the week and no nearby restaurants, also very limits activities
Beautiful place on a cool island!! Pool, beach and facilities were beautiful. Loved walking and biking around the island. Jorge, Fabio and Dylan were super nice and helpful. These people work so hard!
All good, do wish they had some more options for individual excursions, but we found some on our own.

Dylan and the crew were amazing! A place of paradise with nice activities to do. We very much enjoyed our stay and are happy we booked two nights.
Accueil et service du personnel excellent , Dylan nous a tres bien pris en charge et a essaye de nous parler français pendant ses 2 jrs , la chambre etaot tres bien équipée et spacieuse. Restaurants excellent et prix raisonnable
La « visite » de tour qui viennent profiter de l’hotel de 9h a 14h amène un flux de personnes.. le complexe a assez de transat mais cela gache un peu la tranquillité par rapport au prix.

Small quiet and beautiful. Grounds well kept. Staff helpful and amazing . Amazing sea colors. It was a paradise.
A little dangerous getting in and out on kayak at the designated area. Food could be improved. No hair dryer.
Gloria and Jorge were excellent hosts. The grounds were well kept and the food quality was excellent. A little corner of paradise. Very relaxing one night stay. Would certainly recommend.
the check out time was rather early compared to the time the boat leaves back to Cartagena.

Location. Staff very helpful especially Dylan on reception. Food ok. Breakfast very good, fresh fruit yogurt and thin pancakes. Assorted eggs cooked for you. Clean tidy and nice spot for a few relaxing days. Fast boat worked well. Chaotic at gate 4 to get here but staff and wrist tags were good. Great and quick communication from the hotel to my questions before the trip started. Thank you whoever did all that
Sun beds blocking all day until folks left at 3 pm. Towels on the beds and not used at all. So nowhere to sit and relax. Saturday may have been a busy day. Loud bar music maybe nice but so is a bit of quiet. Tours slightly overpriced but did break the day up. I enjoyed the snorkeling but don't expect the red sea

Abbiamo soggiornato per Capodanno. Forse ci aspettavamo qualche festeggiamento in più in occasione dell’ultima notte dell’anno. È stata organizzata solo una cena, terminata piuttosto presto (intorno alle 10:00 pm).
Questa è stata probabilmente l’unica nota meno positiva del soggiorno, soprattutto perché al momento della prenotazione avevamo chiesto se fosse previsto qualcosa per Capodanno.
