Please note, this hotel is located on the island and there is only 1 way to arrive. The room rate does not include transportation. Guests can coordinate their own transportation or take the hotel's speed boat Cartagena - Islas del Rosario - Cartagena at 8:30 hrs returning at 15:00 hrs. It's a 1 hour journey.
Please note pets are not allowed at the hotel.
Only guests with a Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay.

Es un lugar ideal para relajarse y descansar. La comida que ofrecen está bastante bien y la carta bastante extensa.
Propondría que el alojamiento organizara más actividades. Nosotros estuvimos 3 noches y era aburrido.
Nuestra habitación (Gaviota), con vistas espectaculares, no contaba con aire acondicionado, pero disponía de 5 ventiladores. Igualmente, era difícil poder dormir de noche.
Un lugar espectacular para descansar y desconectar. Son todo cabañitas independientes y no está masificado… la verdad que el personal es encantador. Tuvimos un problema en la habitación y no dudaron en cambiarnos a una superior para solventarlo.
Si tuviera que decir algo.. el precio de las bebidas.. dado que no puedes ir a otro sitio deberían de ser un poco menos costosos para poder disfrutar de la experiencia a tope!

Adorei tudo, desde a chegada no muelle la bodeguita, até a saída, muita organização e simpatia. Praia maravilhosa, ótimas opções de lazer e comida boa.

Echt prachtig gelegen en mooi aangelegd, goed onderhouden, aan het strand, fijn zwembad, heerlijk ontbijt, heel uitgebreid. Ook van de kaart lunch/diner allemaal lekker.
We vonden het eten enigszins prijzig maar met name de drankjes exorbitant. Net als de activiteiten. Ook de boot er naartoe en terug is duur. Personeel is vriendelijk genoeg, maar niet echt pro actief en meedenkend, weinig flexibel ook. Soms druk met ‘dagjesmensen’ die gebruik maken van de faciliteiten.
Bel hôtel familial, chambres spacieuses et la nourriture était bonne. Possibilité de faire des activités. L’eau était était très belle !

Le personnel était incroyablement gentil ! La nourriture était excellente et la chambre simplet et très confortable
Comme nous sommes obligés de consommer sur place, les boissons et repas sont très cher.
La tranquilidad y la comida
Chouette petit déjeuner sous forme buffet ! De l'eau chaude enfin en Colombie.
La possibilité de pouvoir se doucher avant le départ du bateau à l'eau claire. La piscine, le cadre juste magnifique ! La chambre confortable et spacieuse.
Possibilité de sauter depuis le pont de l'hôtel. L'eau super chaude.
Une destination plutôt pour chiler au bord de l'eau 1 jour ou 2 mais pas vraiment pensé pour des séjours plus longs.
Manque une diversité d'activité (pas de sortie pour explorer les îles aux alentours, pas de sortie pour voir les planctons bioluminescents,...) sentiment d'être un peu parqué à l'hôtel et pas grand chose à faire. Les prix des repas et boissons assez élevés. Sortie snorkeling assez onéreuse également.
Possibilité de prendre un kayak ou un paddle mais que pour 1 heure pas plus.... Peu de recommandation sur quoi faire comme activité ou sortie hors de l'hôtel.
Hotel Eco-friendly davanti al mare, attività organizzate direttamente dell’hotel davvero super! Bello avere anche la piscina quando il mare è un pochino agitato per i bambini. Ristorante buono.
Ristorante buono ma nulla di eccezionale. Le camere sono un pochino spartane.
