Less choice of food

Great place

The hotel is nice with some great rooms. However we had some issues with the patio door not locking which meant we had to move rooms for one night. They did fix it so that we could move into our original room the next day. The AC was also a problem as you couldn’t turn it below 22 C and for such a warm place that was an issue. Overall the staff are very nice despite the language barrier and we did feel safe. Loved the unlimited complimentary specialty coffee/tea from 10-6 each day.

This hotel was great! The staff were so friendly and kind. Min at reception and Tom the cleaning lady were so kind to us. We truly appreciated them. When we come back to Thailand we will definitely stay at this hotel again because of their hospitality.

Good Room menu limited

入住會收押金，房間很大備品很足，只是衛生紙提供的有點少每天都用完，拖鞋是拋棄式的但很舒服，有提供早餐，連小孩的都有，住宿附的只有3種可選，連住會有點膩，入住可以享用免費提供的咖啡，但茶類只有桃子茶，房間很特別家具感覺很有質感，泳池乾淨而且不會冷，附近有一間批發零售的雜貨店便宜好買，飯店只供餐到18：00，住的幾天都叫外送，還有免費的腳踏車可以借，如果不喜歡人多的地方，很適合入住這裡

Room is Clean and Huge. Air-condition is good. Room has Air Purifier. The Building is Beautiful and Romance.

For 4 Star Rating . There is no Reception and 24hr service and lack of cleaning to their Facility. Rooftop pool is unsanitary because of birds.

This was such a nice place. While it was a bit outside of the main town, the decor was great and welcoming. They were such excellent hosts and went the extra mile to accommodate us and help us feel comfortable. Great breakfast and lovely pool on the rooftop. We loved our stay!

This is a very quiet place with friendly and helpful staff members. The location is very easy to find and less than $5 to grab a taxi from the airport and going to old city, downtown of Chiang Mai or night market. The room is very clean, changed the towels and made the bed every day. The breakfast is prepared nicely. The price is very reasonable. Definitely will come back if I travel to Chiang Mai again.
