Sucker ‘‘em in then squeeze more money out of ‘‘em for a minimally acceptable room.
Pros:

They gave us a room on the fourth floor with no windows, no tv, tinny. Four story walk up. The shower electrical was not grounded. Electrocution accident waiting to happen. We were charged more for r room on the “second” floor, one flight of stairs up, this room had a balcony and a tv. Still had to pay extra for the room with a balcony and view. This bathroom did have a ground attached to the hot water on demand, but, cot protected by electricians tape and the connection was inside the shower area. Again, just a matter of time until some unlucky tourist gets electrocuted. Yeah, I was an electrician mechanic. Yikes.

Cons:

Not a room I wanted to stay in for too much money.

Would stay again
Pros:

The hotel staff were really friendly, location was good. Lamps beside the bed were a nice touch.
Only downside was the shower other than that really nice stay

ห้องที่จองไป ไม่ตรงกับห้องที่ได้ พนักงานแจ้งว่าผิดพลาดเพราะระบบ ได้ห้องที่ไม่มีระเบียง แต่ห้องที่จองมีระเบียง ที่เราอยากได้มีระเบียงเพราะว่าแฟนเราสูบบุหรี่ถี่มาก ตอนก่อนจองสอบถามในไลน์แล้ว ก็คอนเฟิร์มว่าห้องนี้ แต่พอมาถึงจริงๆ บอกไม่ได้ห้องนั้นผิดพลาดที่ระบบ แต่ชดเชยเป็นเงินส่วนต่างให้เรามา เราจองตั้งแต่เดือนกันยายน มาพักเดือนธันวาคม ถ้ามันผิดพลาด ควรรู้ตั้งแต่แรกๆแล้วไม่ปล่อยนานขนาดนี้

Cons:

Der self-check-in Prozess. Es wird vorausgesetzt, dass man eine LINE oder WhatsApp auf seinem Handy hat um ein Foto des Reisepasses und der Buchungsdaten zu übermitteln, was ich letztendlich per SMS bzw MMS übermittelt habe. Trotzdem wurde ich weiterhin mehrfach danach wieder gefragt. Der Zugangscode zum Haupteingang wurde ohne mich zu informieren geändert, so dass ich keinen Zugang zu meinem Zimmer hatte. Ich musste nach Mitternacht über eine Notleiter zu meinem Zimmer klettern.

Super nice rooms, cozy atmosphere and very nice location, the building is pretty.

Cons:

This year I had a room with less windows so it was a bit darker.
And the staff did construction work all morning. I was super tired and really needed the sleep..
