Amazing place peaceful well decorated super cozy
Pros:

The locationis great.
New and spacious . Calm and peaceful. Helpful staffs
love all the room type they have. I stay here everytime when I come to visit Nimman area.
Surrounded by cafe and goos restaurants. There is 24 hours laundromat nearby.

Cons:

Bathroom was a shambles.....shower head blocked and sprayed water everywhere. No shower screen.
Worn cabinets.....hard bed.
On ground floor....was old storeroom which has been converted.
Extremely noisy ...Staff working at 3 an

An ideal location, warm and welcoming staff, and a comfortable room-highly recommended!
Pros:

The hotel is ideally located, making it easy to explore Nimmanhaimen area. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its a great place to stay I highly recommend it!

Worth the money, location is perfect. Loved everything, will book again.
Pros:

Great location, close to all cafes, restos and coffee shops, laundry place. The room is very spacious too, plus the garden and the bathroom is huge.

Excellent by all means
Pros:

We needed to drop bags off early at 8am and they were responsive and able to meet us there in the morning. The room was as described, in excellent condition, clean and the hot water was the most consistent we had experienced. There was some airplane noise but it stopped before the evening so it didn’t impact sleep. We left some belongings in our room and they were quick to help us by shipping them to Chiang Rai and we received them the next day. An amazing experience overall.

Modern en ruim appartement voor een paar nachten dichtbij de luchthaven
Pros:

Modern en ruim appartement op een goede locatie in een gebied met veel restaurants, Maya mall en de walking street van Nimman. De luchthaven is ook dichtbij. Dit betekent wel dat je af en toe vliegtuigen hoort overvliegen. Vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel. Er is in principe geen personeel bij de receptie. Vragen werden online snel beantwoord. Het appartement voor een gezin van vier personen heeft een fijne indeling en goede bedden. Er is een wasserette met muntjes direct naast het appartement en in de omgeving zijn veel restaurants en kleine ondernemers.

Cons:

Het had allemaal wat schoner gekund. In het toilet waren veel kleine vliegjes die het appartement in vlogen. Het appartement zelf was modern. De receptie niet en steekt daardoor af qua uitstraling, maar er is dus in principe alleen op afspraak personeel aanwezig en zij doen heel erg hun best. Dank voor alles!

Excellent service by the host and the staff
Pros:

The location in Chiang Mai. In the Nimman area. Good restaurants and amenities. Near the highway and airport.

The best thing about this property is the amazing host/owner. She listened to my individual circumstances, provided information and help with the staff. This helped me continue with my plans and over come obstacles.

Cons:

The soap provided is harsh on the skin and dries it quickly. Everything else was above expectations.
