Pros:

Beautiful rooms, very good beds, all in all nice atmosphere.

Cons:

That sauna etc comes at extra charge. You expect to be able to use the facilities at a 4 star hotel for the prices they charge.

Great hotel for snowy stay in Copenhagen
Pros:

Our room was comfortable and warm and very clean. It had everything we needed for a four night stay. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of healthy and tasty food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was short walk from Metro.

Cons:

TV was blocked by one of the posts on the bed.

Une plongée détendue dans l'atmosphère hygge
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, proche de Kastellet, de l'église de marbre, du musée du design, de Ny Havn, de Christiania... nous avons aimé nous détendre au spa après les journées de marche dans le froid, nous avons aimé la quiétude de la chambre, donnant sur la cour intérieure, nous avons apprécié la déco, la taille de la chambre et le balcon, nous avons bien dormi dans une literie ultra confortable. Nous avons été sensibles à la gentillesse et à la disponibilité du personnel, nous avons trouvé le petit déjeuner très correct. Nous avons testé le dîner au restaurant, et tout était bon, sous un format qui était plus brasserie que gastronomique. Et pour les non polyglottes, nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'être accueillis en français le jour de notre arrivée. Cela crée une connivence inattendue et très appréciable ! Enfin, pour les férus de bon son, l'enceinte Marshall connectée est un plus !

Cons:

On ne peut pas dire que nous ayons des points négatifs. Ce serait plus des regrets. Par exemple, au petit déjeuner, chocolat chaud et espresso sont avec supplément. Le spa ne fonctionne qu'à partir de 17 heures. C'est dommage. Et n'oublions pas que nous sommes à Copenhague, les prix sont élevés, mais cohérent avec le contexte.

Cons:

Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming, though we had two instances at the front desk where the service felt less warm and occasionally a bit curt. The spa and sauna facilities have good potential but could benefit from more regular cleaning and maintenance.
The breakfast buffet looked stylish at first glance, but the variety was not great. It would be nice if barista coffee was included rather than being an extra charge
