Great location.
Pros:

Location. Staff were also very accommodating as I had a package shipped to the hotel that was waiting for me when I arrived.

Cons:

Room was comfortable but a little crammed with our luggage. No mini bar in room so had to leave meds with receptionist for refrigeration. Breakfast options were limited.

Uma luta para sobreviver ao calor

Localização é ótima, mas não o bastante para compensar falhas graves nos quartos.

Cons:

Simplesmente NÃO HÁ AR CONDICIONADO e NEM BLACKOUTS QUE SEJAM SUFICIENTES PARA ESCURECER OS QUARTOS. Em outras palavras, no verão europeu é um pesadelo e caro. Você vai passar calor a noite toda e às 4 da manhã seu quarto estará insuportavelmente claro. Por esse preço qualquer hotel deveria ter ar condicionado e blackouts decentes.

Très bon hôtel, localisation exceptionnelle
Pros:

Localisation exceptionnelle, à quelques minutes à pieds du métro, d'une superette, du port de Nyhavn et du parc Kastellet (parc très agréable qui permet d'aller voir la petite Sirène)
Bon petit déjeuner, et super accueil (j'ai été accueillie par une employée parlant français)

Cons:

Petit déjeuner bon mais cher (c'est malheureusement le cas partout à Copenhague)

Stylisch, sehr gemütlich, very much Kopenhagen.
Pros:

Unsere Junior Suite war sehr geräumig, ausgesprochen hübsch ausgestattet und hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr verschönt.

Cons:

Mit dem Straßenlärm muss man eben leben lernen. Keine Klimaanlage, aber die Ventilatoren waren okay, wenn auch laut.

(sehr) kleines aber funktionales Zimmer unter dem Dach. Betten sehr bequem. Pflegeprodukte alle sehr gut und wohlriechend. Im Hotel-Restaurant haben wir sehr gut gegessen

Cons:

Zimmer unter dem Dach war unglaublich heiss. Wir mussten Fenster auch nachts offen lassen aber dann war es extrem früh sehr hell. Es hatte mit unseren 2 kleinen Handgepäcks-Koffer knapp Platz für die Ware. Das Zimmer war tatsächlich sehr eng…

Clean and comfortable!
Pros:

Excellent location and staff. Great restaurant. Laundry service was very convenient.

Cons:

A lack of air conditioning required windows to be open and a fan on high overnight so it was a bit noisy. Definitely not a deal breaker though.

Relaxing, enjoyable and memorable stay
Pros:

The Property has a warm and welcoming ambience with lovely staff who really try and make your stay memorable.
The hotel, among other things, has a fabulous outdoor terrace where guests can take meals throughout the day, or just sit and have coffee, which is what we did. It’s great just to relax, or work in the calm of this quiet space.
We were grateful to be upgraded to a larger room with a gorgeous view over the rooftops of old Copenhagen, which really added to the whole Copenhagen experience for us. Thank you.

Pros:

Nice design, excellent location

Cons:

There’s no air conditioning and during summer it can be quite stuffy. Opening the window is not a good option as it gets quite noisy.
