Really enjoyed my time at this hotel!
Pros:

The location was fantastic!!! Sooo close to many of the major tourist attractions. I rented a bike from the hotel and zoomed around the bike-friendly city. I had a fantastic view over the river and the swans. They also accommodated my early arrival

Cons:

They charge to use the sauna—I thought that should have been included.

We could not stay in the room and had to book another hotel

Very disappointing experience.

We booked 3 nights at this hotel but had to leave after only one hour and move to another hotel. The room smelled terrible and the furniture felt extremely old and uncomfortable. I understand Denmark is generally a colder country, but having no air conditioning at all during warm weather made the room impossible to stay in.

We contacted the hotel management politely by email after leaving and requested a partial refund, even accepting to pay for one night, but they completely ignored our message and never responded.

At this point, I will proceed with formal complaints through Booking.com and start the legal objection process regarding this booking. Future guests should be aware of the actual condition of this hotel before making a reservation.

Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel très agréable
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel typique danois! Style hygge, bonne ambiance, personnel au top, restaurant et petit déjeuner qualitatif , deco super sympa, très bien placé, vélos à dispo pour les clients de l’hôtel , vraiment top

Cons:

Le seul hic, ce sont les persiennes! Le jour se levant à 04:30 en ce moment, sans être prévenus et sans masque de nuit, nous avons été réveillés très tôt la première nuit (alors que arrivés à 1h du matin avec l’avion). Nous avons par la suite acheté les masque de nuit mais un système cachant davantage le jour serait vraiment appréciable

Quirky, great location, lovely courtyard garden in the sun for breakfast

Kommer inte bo på det här hotellet igen
Cons:

Dålig service samt städning, hotellets information om rummet stämmer inte heller. Bäddsoffan som ingick och vi betalt för vägrade hotellet ställa iordning utan att ta massa extra betalt.
Jag har även bett hotellet ändra texten så den stämmer men det står fortfarande fel ang bäddsoffan!
