Pros:

Stayed for my husband birthday and it didn't disappoint! Facilities were amazing, great view of the city from the rooftop sauna! Staff were lovely and went out their way to make it special. Would stay here again

Delusione totale - Non un hotel 4 stelle

Solo la posizione nient’altro

Cons:

Purtroppo, la nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata decisamente sotto le aspettative. Pur avendo prenotato con largo anticipo e pagando l’intero importo, ci siamo ritrovati ad affrontare una serie di problematiche che hanno compromesso il nostro soggiorno.

L’ingresso non è assolutamente all’altezza di un hotel 4 stelle. La reception si trova in un piccolo angolo all’interno di un bar-ristorante, con un’atmosfera poco accogliente: l’odore di cucina è forte e la musica ad alto volume non aiuta certo a creare un ambiente rilassante. Inoltre, l’area non dispone di una zona lounge per poter aspettare comodamente.
Nonostante il pagamento dell’intero soggiorno fosse stato effettuato un mese prima, ci è stata richiesta una cauzione tramite carta di credito. Ciò che ci ha lasciato perplessi è il fatto che non ci sono servizi extra o a pagamento e non ci è stata data una chiara spiegazione del motivo per cui fosse necessaria questa cauzione!

Camere:
La nostra Junior Suite da 25 mq ci ha sorpreso negativamente. Gli arredi sono datati e l’armadio è a vista, senza alcun tipo di separazione. Il bagno è scomodo, con un lavabo posizionato in modo “errato” e una doccia con una tenda che era evidentemente sporca. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare: durante le 3 notti trascorse, il pavimento non è stato mai lavato. Inoltre, non c’era un minibar funzionante – se volevi bere qualcosa, l’unica opzione era l’acqua del rubinetto!!!

Colazione:
La colazione è stata un altro grande punto dolente. Era scarsa e non adeguata per un hotel a 4 stelle: solo pane e cibi salati (uova, bacon, patate, formaggi e insalate), senza dolci, yogurt o caffè espresso. Le bevande erano limitate a latte, tè, acqua e succhi preparati imbustati, mentre la sala colazione, situata sotto terra, era buia e scomoda, confinante con la cucina, dove si vedevano frighi e dispense. La pulizia della sala lasciava molto a desiderare…

In conclusione questo hotel non merita assolutamente le 4 stelle che ha ricevuto.
