Il personale, molto gentile e attento. Sono stato supportato e ben consigliato in ogni attività che ho dovuto svolgere in città

Pros:

La chambre était joliment décorée, avec du thé et du café à disposition ainsi que des bouteilles d'eau. La terrasse sur le toit est sublime avec la baignoire extérieure avec vue sur la ville ainsi que le sauna et le hammam, top! La location de vélos très pratiques pour circuler dans la ville.

La ubicación está muy bien. muy céntrico y se llega a toda la parte principal de Copenhague andando, tiene enfrente justo un supermercado que viene muy bien para comprar cualquier cosa a cualquier hora porque tiene un horario muy amplio

Cons:

aislamiento de las ventanas muy flojo, se escuchaba bastante el tráfico de fuera habitaciones tirando a pequeñas con poco espacio de almacenamiento y las almohadas lamentables

I loved the receptionist on my checkout time.
Pros:

I liked the hotel location and that I requested for a balcony due to my wedding day and they managed it, so I was really happy to enjoy having fresh air while I was getting ready and a good light for my makeup artist.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the first day when I arrived there, the young girl who was at the reception didn’t give me a paper with my room number because she supposed that my relative was in the room. She also didn’t have any empathy or at least good customer service because I came with a big luggage and my dress but she never offered to help. I understand that it’s not her job to help me at all but it’s important to have a consideration among other when you’re working as front desk receptionist.

Very kind. Bed is very comfortable. And loved staying in a room with little plastic and natural woods. The water was delicious and the best in the world! Thank you!

Lovely facilities and spacious room. Great staff. Perfect location.
Pros:

The location was great and the room was beautiful. The bath toiletries were excellent. Comfortable beds. Staff was wonderful and the location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and a metro very nearby. Quiet location away from the major tourist sites, right by a park actually. We were super comfortable.

Cons:

I don't really have any gripes. It was the best location I stayed at during an extended trip to Europe.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man kann zu Fuss alles erreichen oder auch die Metrostation Marmorkirken nehmen, welche direkt in der Nähe ist.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein und die Nachbarszimmertüren hat man leider zu gut gehört.
