Sofi at the front desk was fantastic and extremely accommodating
Pros:

The location was great. The pool courtyard was fantastic and the pool very enjoyable.

Cons:

The air conditioner leaked water onto the bed making for a difficult night. Once notified, the staff did have the problem fixed.

The hotel with the best pool, conveniently located to explore Copenhagen!
Pros:

The room was comfortable but the “industrial” design is not to our taste. The pool is wonderful and makes the hotel a destination in itself!

Cons:

The breakfast room is too narrow at the buffet that people tend to bump into each other with coffee spills. We would have liked to be able to order eggs.

Cons:

The hotel was very dark , not many daylight and specially in the suite was only a very small window . It’s not a 4 star more a 3. The pool make this hotel a 3 star but the rest not.
We traveling a lot as a family and as in business.
This hotel was compare with the price far from good . We spend more as 3000€ for 3 adults in a double room like a suite .(2 separate room conected)for 3 nights.
Elevator was strange with a double door max 3 people .
The pool was sure a 5 star.
The breakfast was the worse we experience ever. We paid for 3 days but went somewhere else for the other 2 days . Walking distance is a lovely top place with very nice options .
Why it’s worse ,price 40€/person . You walk on they ask you name room etc and you choose a table . All free tables was not clean and then you need the do all by yourself . Noting is on the table .
Cutlery etc you have the do it self sane for coffee. You order and wait till its finish and the rest like a buffet and the choices are very little .
