Easy 10/10 they thought about all the details. Service and staff were friendly.

Lekker bed en fijn zwembad.

Leuk zwembad binnen, maar was wel rommelig en druk. Handdoeken werden niet echt opgeruimd en er zijn een beperkt aantal bedden. Hotel ligt op een prima lokatie. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en de kamers zijn prima.

We booked the hotel due to reals posted on instagram, and what we found out…
Swimming pool area looks amazing as pn the reals. Maybe bit smaller than expected, but it’s beautiful!
And that’s it for positive comments…
Rooms are completely outdated, and completely not matching to the price! Very tiny bathroom, old furnitures.
There are only 2 lifts which are very old, but only 1 goes to the breakfast area… Drama…
No water in the rooms, you are charged for everything, even for the sun beds…
Kitchen is closed 21:45, and bar at the swimming pool at 20:00.
To be honest, it’s place for 1-2 nights maximum, but definitively not for this price.

This might be the best hotel we've ever stayed in. All of the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, especially the breakfast crew. The pool is always pristine and perfectly warmed plus there are always fresh towels, robes, and drinks available. They offer a wide range of choices at the breakfast buffet including sausages, eggs, pancakes, a build-your-own yogurt station, fresh fruit, pastries, a wide selection of bread and hand-churned butter, and even desserts if you're so inclined first thing in the morning. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean and they also provide all sorts of toiletries in addition to your usual shampoo, body wash, and lotion. There were added bonuses like crystal deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste tablets and a hair brush. It's also central to everything you need, with the Metro only an 8-min walk away and the centre of town just 10-15 mins away but despite being in the middle of everything, it's extremely peaceful and the perfect getaway.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à Copenhague ! L’hôtel était vraiment superbe, avec un accueil et un service à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, très complet et de qualité. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions dans la chambre, qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable et montrent le soin apporté aux clients.

Et gros coup de cœur pour la piscine 🥰 Un véritable moment de détente, dans un cadre calme et agréable. C’était vraiment merveilleux !

Tout était parfait, du début à la fin. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter et une adresse que nous garderons précieusement pour un prochain séjour à Copenhague ! ❤️

I stayed at this hotel alone from August 15th to August 19th and, on August 20th, I discovered a €24.08 charge from the hotel on my card, without receiving any prior notification.

I immediately contacted the hotel to ask for an explanation, as I had not consumed anything from the minibar or used any additional services. After a few hours, they replied that the charge was for a supposedly missing umbrella, claiming that there should have been two umbrellas in the room.

The problem is that during my stay in Copenhagen, it never rained and, most importantly, there was only one umbrella in my room, which remained there, completely unused, until I checked out.

I therefore contacted the hotel several times by email, even providing photos and videos showing that there was only one umbrella in the room, and requested a refund of the €24.08 that had been charged to my card. To this day, however, I have received no response and the money has not been refunded.

I find this behavior extremely unfair and disappointing, especially from a hotel that presents itself as a 5-star property. My concern is not only the charge itself, but above all the fact that it was made without any prior notification and that, despite my repeated emails and the evidence I provided, the hotel has not even considered it necessary to respond.

For this reason, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. In my opinion, both the service and the facilities are not up to the standards one would expect from a 5-star hotel, especially considering the prices.

A piece of advice for anyone who decides to stay here anyway: when checking out, ask a member of staff to inspect the room with you and, if possible, take photos or videos of the room, so you can avoid unpleasant surprises and disputes afterwards.

If they continue to ignore my requests, I will have no choice but to contact the relevant authorities and consumer protection bodies in order to protect my rights. As an honest person, I do not accept being charged for something I did not do without being given the opportunity to receive a proper explanation or a refund.

A truly disappointing experience that has left me extremely dissatisfied.
