Hier ist Gastfreundschaft nicht nur ein Leitbild, sondern wird echt gelebt! Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die individuelle und künstlerisch angehauchte Ausstattung des Hotels hat uns begeistert.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable, and the facilities were great. We also enjoyed the food.
There was some oversight with the housekeeping - we were not given fresh coffee cups on the second morning nor did we have any way to clean the used cups from the day before. In a hotel rather than a rental we would expect this to be provided.
Good room, plenty of space and had everything we needed. Pool and pool area was great, and we rented a couple of bikes without any issue. Staff were very friendly, and overall the Hotel was definitely worth the price.

Loved the pool and spa area! So relaxing and such a nice perk especially when solo traveling. Staff took good care of preparing my room to be hypoallergenic and scent free which I really appreciated. Nice touch to offer the robe, bag, and slippers, definitely useful for the pool!
Staff was just ok, definitely didn’t feel like anyone was going above and beyond. Was confusing about breakfast, no one told me I had to prebook a spot and website did not mention. When I went for breakfast i did not feel welcomed and not knowing the rules. Even no other guests were even there. Also the bedding wasn’t super comfortable and sheets kept coming off.
A unique atmosphère with great staff and services.
1) At the pool , during peak hours, couple of people left their “stuff” on the lounge chairs and would leave the pool area for a long time, not considering that other guests would be happy to use those seats. Would be good if after 30min the staff could remove and free up spaces for the other guests
2) we wanted to leave 2 post card to the staff hoping they could post them and we were told that it was not a service that hotel was offering, too bad for the expérience.

Suite was really clean and had everything you could need and all the bed linen, towels, toiletries, crockery etc were of a good high quality. Chocolates at night and it's kept lovely and clean.
My only complaint is that I said I was getting an uber to the airport which was around 200KR and the reception staff said they would book one for me and it would be the same price - it was nearly double. Lovely taxi driver but an unnecessarily high fare.
Pool is excellent, restaurant is excellent, and prices are great.
