Beautiful in every way!
Pros:

Rooms were amazing, staff really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Pool area was outstanding- absolutely amazing experience.

Pros:

I loved the pool, the sauna and overall my stay in the place. It is also very well located, you can get to the town hall square only by walking 10 minutes. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop restaurant which is delicious and not as expensive as one could imagine for a rooftop in copenhaguen.

Pros:

The pool and spa area were honestly fantastic. The staff was wonderful. In the room, the bed was amazing but the TV did not work.

Cons:

We had the suite, which was quite pricey so I would have expected top notch. The entrance to the hotel and location is not great. When we arrived i honestly thought we had gotten to the wrong place. Definitely did not feel like a 5 star hotel. Neither did the breakfast area.

Un oasis en Copenhagen
Pros:

La piscina se lleva todas las estrellas, el tamaño de la habitación es espectacular, cenar en el rooft es un placer, de hecho terminamos cenando 4 de las 5 noches que estuvimos alojados. El personal del restó y del hotel súper amables y cálidos.
Ya habíamos utilizado el otro hotel de la cadena y no defrauda. Los amenitis de la habitación son excelentes

Cons:

todo excelente, mejoraría la limpieza que no era mala pero podría mejorar para hacerlo impecable
