Nos Dejaron sin Hospedaje

Cons:

Se acordó un horario de llegada y se informó previamente ya que mi grupo debía viajar en carro desde Barranquilla. Se escribió, informó y se confirmó. Por razones obvias de viajar desde otro punto nos retrasamos una hora y nos dejaron sin alojamiento porque no abrieron ni contestaron el celular. Impresionante la falta de empatía y de servicio. No hay mal que por bien no venga encontramos un lugar mejor pero es desepcionante encontrar este tipo de servicios para los viajeros.

Cons:

Nos hospedamos nuevamente en este hotel porque ya lo conocíamos, pero esta vez la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. El lugar se percibe descuidado y poco organizado.

La habitación no cumplía con lo ofrecido: la “cama doble” eran dos camas sencillas unidas, el colchón era incómodo, una manta estaba manchada y las toallas tenían mal olor.

Además, el precio nos pareció alto para la calidad del servicio.

Durante la noche, otros huéspedes hicieron mucho ruido con música alta hasta la 1 a.m. Aunque informamos al propietario, la situación no se controló y no pudimos descansar.

El lugar tiene potencial, pero necesita mejorar mucho en mantenimiento, limpieza y control del ruido.
