We spent 2 very enjoyable nights at the hotel. It’s comfortable and the view over the valley to the mountains is indeed very bueno. Our 2nd floor room was large and had covered balcony.
Mario and Lina, the owners, are wonderful and really make the experience. Mario recommended a nearby coffee tour as well as a good restaurant in town for dinner.
This a an ideal place to stay if you’re interested in getting off the normal tourist path. It’s a working farm with 8 dogs, miniature ponies, donkeys and several hectares of crops. It’s not a boutique experience but very genuine. We value that and highly recommend it for travelers with similar goals.
