En pleine centre de la ville

Cons:

Très bruyant, lits anciens, vieille chambre avec quelques infiltrations d'eau lorsqu'il pleut, salle de bain vétuste, pomme de douche qui ne fonctionne pas correctement, aucun coin cuisine ou solution pour pouvoir se faire à manger, ni coin repas (obligation de manger à l'extérieur de l'établissement)

Die Lage ist top, zwei Blocks von der Hauptplaza entfernt, ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und der Preis ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war winzig, was kein Problem ist, allerdings gab es nicht wie angegeben einen Balkon und auch kein eigenes Bad. Alles kein Problem, sollte nur nicht so angegeben werden. Es ist ziemlich laut.
Die Matratze war nicht sehr gemütlich und die Latten des Lattenrostes sind teilweise rausgefallen.

Estancia incómoda, dueño gentil.
Pros:

Su ubicación en la vía al parque y cerca de todo. Que cuenta con espacio para parqueadero en otro sitio. El dueño una persona muy agradable y gentil.

Cons:

La foto de promoción es del parqueadero y vivienda del dueño, el hotel quedo en otro sitio. Las escaleras para acceder al segundo piso incomodas( no cumplen normativa). La habitación normal sin aire ni ventilador ( demasiado calor en la misma), el baño sin ventilación directa.
