Si vous avez le sommeil lourd
Pros:

Personnel très à l'écoute merci Fabián surtout. Hôtel moderne et neuf, rare en Colombie. Jolie décoration. Et un bel espace pour manger, cuisiner, très appréciable. Très bon rapport qualité /prix

Cons:

Un peu bruyant. Les conversations de la reception s'entendent depuis les chambres et les clients et employés ne font pas attention jusqu'à tard le soir. Et également sur une route passante.

Nice room. In the center of the city close to everything. The staff here was extremely accommodating.

Cons:

The noise from the street can be quite loud. If you are a light sleeper I recommend bringing earplugs.

Perfect for a couple of days with a purpose.
Pros:

This was a 2 night stay for us for a purpose and it fit that purpose perfectly! The staff were so sweet and accommodating. They let us pop our laundry in to their machine and sorted everything for a tour for us. It’s 5 minutes from the supermarket, cafes, restaurants, shops, everything you need is right there.

Centrally located and very well appointed, it was spotlessly clean and a hood price including a good breakfast.
Family run, the owner Paula speaks good English and was very helpful in planning Tours, Bus tickets, Taxis and money exchange.
A great option 👍

Pros:

Nice Hotel, clean rooms in the center of San Agustin.

Cons:

We booked a tour through the Hotel for the next morning.
In the morning, when we were ready to go, the tour didn't take place.
Although the hotel organized us a new private tour, we had to pay more than expected in the end.

Wonderful place to stay in San Agustín
Pros:

Location is excellent. Hotel is very modern and clean. Room was bright and airy if a little small, shelf space was good. The bathroom was good, with hot water. Opening windows helped get a nice breeze and airflow. Internet TV worked though we didn't use it. Wifi was good all the time. Breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the day. Tea,coffee and drinking water always available The owner is very helpful and friendly. We booked transport for a days tour through her and it was excellent, worth every penny. Highly recommend hotel Samai and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
