Das Hotel befindet sich zentral im Ort, sodass Restaurants daneben liegen - zum Essen muss man also nur die Straßenseite wechseln.

Die Zimmer lassen sich gut verdunkeln, zudem lassen sich die Fenster der Zimmer weit öffnen.

Beim Frühstück hat es uns an Nichts gefehlt, so gab es immer genügend Obst sowie Gemüse und Joghurt.

Zu dem Zwecke des Ausladens und Einladens des Reisegepäckes, darf man direkt vor dem Haupteingang des Hotels halten (wirklich nir halten und nicht parken).
Wenige Gehminuten entfernt findet man ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätzmöglichkeiten (Parkplatz Ischlerstraße 12 ist seit Ewigkeiten kostenfrei aufgrund eines dauerhaft defekten Parkticketautomaten, Parkplatz Ischlerstraße 18 kostet etwas aber nicht die Welt).

Das Personal des Hotels war stets freundlich.

Das Hotel befindet sich leider schräg gegenüber der örtlichen Pfarrkirche.
Da die Anhänger der römisch-katholischen Kirche sogar im aufgeklärten 21. Jahrhundert meinen, sie müssen jede Person mit ihrem Glockengeläute belästigen, wird man, trotz getragenen Gehörschutzstöpsel, spätestens um 06:00 Uhr geweckt.
Das Geläute der Kirchenglocken ist dort außergewöhnlich laut und hält teilweise über fünf Minuten an.
Ich bin sonst recht unempfindlich gegenüber derartigen Geräuschen und kann beinahe überall schlafen, aber der von der dortigen Kirche ausgehende Krach und Lärm (als etwas Anderes kann man es tatsächlich nicht mehr bezeichnen) war wirklich extrem.

Dafür kann das tolle Hotel zwar nichts, jedoch sollte sich der Gast darüber im Klaren sein, dass er hier nicht ewig schlafen kann.
Mich stört es wenig, da ich im Sommer ohnehin mit der Sonne aufstehe, um möglichst viel am Tag erleben zu können, aber so ist ja nicht jeder.

Die Freiheit des Einzelnen endet dort, wo die Freiheit des Anderen beginnt.
Über dieses Fundament unseres Zusammenlebens sollten die Gläubigen mal nachdenken und sich überlegen, ob man das Geläute nicht ablegen oder zumindest zeitlich reduzieren und seinen Glauben nicht anderweitig ausüben kann, ohne andere hierbei über das normale Maß hinaus zu belästigen.
Was gäbe es dort für einen Aufschrei der Empörung, wenn ein Muezzin vom Minarett aus fünfmal täglich mit seinem Adhan zu den rituellen Gebeten aufruft - da wäre es mit der geforderten Toleranz sehr schnell vorbei.
