Simply lovely
Pros:

The breakfast was good and plenty of (healthy) choices. The staff was super friendly. Dinner was great, partially in buffet form and from a menu, healthy, well presented on the plate, delicious on all evenings.

Cons:

That we had to leave at the end of our stay. There was nothing we didn't like to be honest. Really no complaints whatsoever. Definetely coming back when the time comes.

Jederzeit gerne wieder, da wirklich alles wunderbar gepasst hat!
Pros:

Es war ein Ort der Entspannung. Von der Ankunft übers Abendessen, im Spa, beim Frühstück und bis zur Abreise. Das Personal war wirklich sehr bemüht und freundlich. Haben uns sehr wohl und verwöhnt gefühlt. Danke!

Es ist eigentlich ein Superhotel mit bester Lage.
Pros:

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet , die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Leider werden sehr viele fremsprachige Mitarbeiter beschäftigt,welche mitunter einiges nicht oder falsch verstehen.
u.a.bestellten wir zum Abendbrot ein Bier und erhielten zwei,welche wir auch bezahlten-aber nur eins tranken..
und wir hatten ein Elektroproblem auf dem Zimmer,welches der Rezeptionist auch nicht verstand....

Viel zu kleines Zimmer für diesen Preis und viel zu warm im gesamten Hotel. Für meinen Geschmack war das essen zu "schicki micki" und zu wenig österreichisch.

Pros:

Zimmer war ok, der Rest normaler Durchschnitt, vielleicht sogar etwas darunter.

Cons:

Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis ist für mich nicht ok ... offeriert wird gehobene Qualität, geboten wird Durchschnitt in allen Bereichen ... und dafür ist das Haus meiner Meinung nach deutlich zu teuer.

Beautiful ski hotel with warm staff and clean room
Pros:

Ski lift is just outside of the hotel’s ski store room. only 30 secs walk to ski gear rental shop. You can book your ski course at the concierge. Super convenient if you plan for skiing. Kids and family friendly hotel with caring & friendly staff. They are all very helpful. Room with balcony & Mountain View. All board 3 meals and snack are included. they provide nice and variety of foods. Many choices of fruits and dessert. Clean and warm hotel! There is a toddler play room and also a game room for young kids. Free car park and it’s around 1 hr 15 min drive from Salzburg airport. There are lots of shop and restaurants within 5 mins drive. Better book in advance as this hotel is always full. Will definitely come back next winter.

Cons:

Only minor thing is you have to pay for drinks for lunch and dinner.
