Super Lage. Drei unterschiedliche Restaurants. Sehr freundliches Personal (super Parkservice mit Scheibenreinigung - top!). Direkt an der Piste.
Pool war sehr kalt.

super veľkosť izby aj poloha hotela, boli sme hneď z lyžiarne na svahu, výborne raňajky aj parkovanie v garaži, auto vám môžu zaparkovať ale možete si ho zaparkovať aj sami, užili sme si aj wellness
Der direkte Zugang zur Skipiste war perfekt.
Die Hotelinfrastruktur war großzügig und modern ausgelegt (Skiraum, Fitness, Wellness, Restaurants,...) und hatte ein sehr gutes Verhältnis zur Gästezahl. Gute Küche bei Japaner und Italiener im Haus.
Frühstück war gut.
Zimmer für den Preis super.
Personal sehr freundlich.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und motiviert! Die Ausstattung ist sehr gute und die Lage an der Liste war perfekt, aus dem Skiraum raus und gleich bei der abfahrt.
Von noch gefallen kann ich nichts sagen.
Zu beachten aber, sollte man mit den ski nach 16:30 auf der anderen Seite der Bundesstraße, auf der Seite edelweiß Seilbahn sein, ist das zurückkommen mit den ski etwas mühsam, aber das hat nichts mit dem Hotel an sich zu tun und ist Sache der eigenen Planung. (Taxi gibt es ja)
Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist außergewöhnlich. Alle Mitarbeiter mit denen wir zu tun hatten waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir sind bereits um 08:00 in der Früh angekommen, Zimmer war noch nicht frei, uns wurde aber sofort eine Möglichkeit geboten uns für den Schitag fertig zu machen. Das Auto wurde in die Garage gestellt, sämtliches Gepäck war nach unserem Schitag bereits am Zimmer
Im Wellnessbereich wird grundsätzlich Trinken in mehreren Varianten bereitgestellt. Wie wir den Spa Bereich betreten haben, waren alle Flaschen leer, diese wurden, bis wir nach 1,5 Std. wieder gegangen sind, nicht aufgefüllt. Ebenso wurden die fehlenden Handtücher (Saunatücher) in dieser Zeit nicht ergänzt.
Ja Frühstück war sehr gut! Lage sehr gut!
