I do not recommend this hotel due to the owner’s attitude.

At first everything seemed fine — I wrote to the owner with normal questions (about the hot water, how to turn on the air conditioner, and if there was a frying pan available), and she responded politely.

However, on the second morning in a row without hot water, when I politely messaged again to ask about it, her reaction suddenly changed. Instead of explaining or apologizing, she started accusing me of “creating problems”, saying that only I was unhappy, and implying that I was causing trouble on purpose.

As you can clearly see from the chat, I was never rude — I was simply asking basic questions as any guest would.

After her messages, the hot water suddenly appeared and never disappeared again, which makes me believe they intentionally turned it off in the mornings to save costs, until I complained.

I travel a lot and this is the first time I’ve experienced a host blaming a guest just for asking a question.

The accommodation itself may be fine, but the attitude towards guests is unacceptable. I would not return and do not recommend staying here.

Fantastic
Pros:

Apartamentul exact ca in poze, curat, mare, luminos iar priveliștea oferita de pe terasa a fost superba ( vedere la mare, munte etc). In fiecare zi se facea curatenie si se schimbau prosoapele iar proprietara foarte amabila si atenta la detalii.
