Loved almost everything but the couch.
Pros:

Central downtown Sturgeon Bay location, clean bath towels and bed linens.

Cons:

The couch in the Chancery room STANK of various human fluids. I have worked in hotel service and I know you haven't deep-cleaned that couch in a looong time. Fix that and the stay would have been perfect.

Charming old building.
Pros:

Hubby said the pillows and bed were the BEST we've ever slept on in a hotel. Parking couldn't have been more convenient! Excellent communication with property owners throughout our stay.

the pictures online didn't even do the room justice. The room is amazing and so cozy and comfortable. We loved it and want to come back.
