ANCHE AE ESTETICAMENTE OK, NON CI TORNEREI
Pros:

Vacanza ad agosto in famiglia (2 adulti + 2 ragazzi) per 2 settimane: abbiamo quindi avuto modo di verificare nel tempo il ripetersi degli aspetti positivi e negativi di questa struttura.
Albergo moderno, molto curato negli ambienti e sopratutto nella pulizia in posizione strategica rispetto alle diverse spiagge della Penisola e al centro del grazioso paese di Polychrono. Utile (sebbene piuttosto costoso) il parcheggio privato, visto che la ricerca di un parcheggio libero esterno non è agevole. La struttura dell’hotel tuttavia proprio per la sua concezione (quadrata, con una piscina centrale veramente bella e le units che la circondano) lo rende piuttosto claustrofobico e oppressivo, anche per l’assenza di spazi sufficienti per disporre di aiuole che non siano minuscole. Molto gradita là disponibilità di asciugamani ad utilizzo gratuito in piscina.
Le camere sono belle, moderne, confortevoli e sopratutto perfettamente insonorizzate; anche se - guardando con più attenzione ai dettagli - valorizzano più l’estetica che la funzionalità: il tavolo di appoggio è minuscolo, non ci sono praticamente ganci appendiabiti, le grucce nell’armadio sono insufficienti (bisogna chiederle).
Mentre e’ nel complesso buono il breakfast, la cena è sempre risultata molto molto mediocre sia per varietà che per cura: i piatti risultano preparati con poca cura e nessuna fantasia, sono spesso ripetitivi e con una scelta limitata ma sopratutto (a parte la soup) sono tutti sempre e immancabilmente FREDDI,
e quindi molto spesso immangiabili: più volte abbiamo segnalato la cosa, ma non c’è stato niente da fare.

Cons:

Gli aspetti più negativi vengono però dalla qualità del servizio: in tutte le due settimane il letto del piano superiore non è mai stato rifatto (hanno piegato solo il lenzuolo lasciandolo appoggiato sul letto) se non qualche volta dopo nostre reiterate insistenze, da una irritante housekeeper sgarbata fino alla maleducazione, che fra l’altro il 3’ giorno ha deciso di toglierci e non sostituirci più gli accappatoi e nella gestione degli asciugamani ha gestito la nostra camera da 4 persone come fosse da 2. Imbarazzante poi l’atteggiamento arrogante della responsabile dell’hotel, molto più interessata a negare eventuali i problemi (che inevitabilmente possono esserci ed esserle rappresentati) che risolverli: l’esatto contrario del comportamento molto professionale del personale in reception (che si è trovato a scusarsi per l’aggressività della responsabile) e del cameriere al bar della piscina.
Un mix negativo del servizio ci ha messo in soggezione e ha guastato la vacanza a tutta la famiglia. E questo per noi è decisivo, al di là della forma e dell’estetica fine a stessa.
Tutto sommato, non ci tornerei.

Nice place near the sea
Pros:

Everything was perfect – very good quality construction, warm ambiance, large spotless rooms with awsome terrace, delicious, varied and quality breakfast and dinner, very friendly and helpful staff, convenient underground parking (resonable extra pay), and overall a comfortable and relaxing stay. Esti asteptat cu sticla de vin + ciocolata Leonidas in camera.
Hotelul este foarte aproape de plaja (2 min),serviciile calitative (nu lipseste nimic din camera, inclusiv papuci, halate de baie, tot ce e necesar pt baie), micul dejun foarte bun, prosoape schimbate zilnic, lenjerie de pat schimbata des. Apa in camera zilnic pusa in mini bar . IMPECABIL!

Fructe mai multe la micul dejun.
