Pros:

Všetko bolo podľa popisu a očakávaní. Krásny výhľad na more, veľká izba, čistá a pohodlná. Raňajky boli výborné, dalo sa raňajkovať na terase s výhľadom na more. Personál ochotný a usmiaty, nenapadá ma nič negatívne. Využili sme parkovanie v garáži za príplatok.

Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Parkplätze in der Nähe. Nähe zum Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Blick zum Meer! Gute Bettmatratzen. Tgl. Reinigung

Cons:

Ausstattung der Küche war ok, hätte aber etwas besser ausgestattet sein können. Tisch hat gefehlt, Stühle war auch nur einer da.
Die Hauptstraße war etwas laut. Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Osoblje je jako ljubazno. Sve što smo ih zamolili dobili smo jako brzo. Doručak je bio dobar. Bili smo u periodu posta i kuvar se svaki dan potrudio da mi pripremi nešto dodatno posno.
Soba je bila prostrana, čista, kreveti udobni. Lokacija je odlična, blizu plaže i uz put ako želite da obilazite. Parking ima besplatan iza hotela, a postoji i hotelska garaža.

We had a fantastic stay at HEC Residence. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The location is excellent, close to Sveti Stefan and the beach, while still being quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Everything was well organized, and we felt welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montenegro.

Pros:

Прекрасный номер, очень отзывчивый администратор, мы попросили чайник и нам сразу принесли. Убираются каждый день. До ближайшего пляжа 5 минут (мы спускались по лестничной тропинке напротив отеля), до пляжа Свети Стефан (нам он понравился сильно больше и мы туда ходили каждый день) примерно 30 минут прогулки с потрясающими видами через парк с невероятным сосновым запахом. И рядом супермаркет (3 минуты) и пекарня.

Das Einzige, was mir wirklich gefallen hat, war die Lage des Hotels mit dem wunderschönen Meerblick.

Cons:

Was mir nicht gefallen hat:

- Parkplatz kostet 10 € pro Tag und diese Zusatzkosten wurden vor der Buchung nicht klar angegeben.
- Die Klimaanlage war viel zu schwach. Trotz höchster Stufe hatte das Zimmer 29–30 °C. Erst mit einem zusätzlichen mobilen Klimagerät war die Temperatur angenehm.
- Der Teppich war stark verschmutzt und wurde offenbar nicht richtig gereinigt.
- Das Frühstück war jeden Tag fast identisch und bot kaum Auswahl.

Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich nicht.

I really liked that the place was cozy and quiet. The sea view was beautiful, and having breakfast on the terrace was a real pleasure. The staff were very polite, friendly, and responsive. There is also parking nearby. I noticed an underground parking area, but the outdoor parking along the road was fairly available, so I did not ask about the indoor option.

Cons:

The location is quite good overall. However, there is one downside: to get to the beach, you have to walk a short distance along the road where there is no sidewalk. Since this section is on a bend, some drivers seemed unhappy about pedestrians walking there and occasionally honked at us. Unfortunately, there was no alternative route to the beach.
For some reason, there was no water provided in the rooms. We had to buy it from the vending machine downstairs, which only accepted cash. This was a bit inconvenient, especially if you do not usually carry cash with you.

Bardzo miły, pomocny personel.
Dobre śniadanie.

Cons:

Przenośna klimatyzacja w pokoju - cały czas musiało być uchylone okno,żeby mogła pracować (wypuszczona rura przez okno na taras). Klimatyzacja głośno pracowała przez co nie można było spokojnie spać. Po wyłączenie klimatyzacji było w pokoju bardzo duszno. Bardzo gorąco było również na korytarzach i w windzie.

Отличный вид из окна. Разнообразные и вкусные завтраки. Чистые и удобные постели.

Cons:

В правилах отеля написано, что на территории отеля запрещается курить, но почему-то на некоторых столиках стоят пепельницы и некоторые гости курят во время завтрака. Чувствуется небольшая неухоженность за отелем.

Kambarys buvo erdvus. Puikus balkonas, matosi jūra. Netoli nuo viešbučio paplūdimiai pasiekiami pėsčiomis. Daug vietos automobilių parkavimuisi.

Cons:

Viešbutis šalia intensyvios gatvės, girdisi triukšmas. Pusryčiai vidutiniški, pasirinkimas taip pat. Atvykome vėlai vakare 23:00, nebuvo palikta kortelė patekti į kambarį. Nepavyko susisiekti su administracija. Į kambarį padėjo patekti kaimynai, kurie žinojo kodą, jį ir naudojome iki kitos dienos, kol pradėjo dirbti administracija.
