My opinion
Pros:

The stuff is very friendly and polite. The food is good. The rooms are spacious and pretty clean. High speed internet.

Cons:

The rooms are not modern, and some of the furniture and fixtures are damaged—for example, there are broken mirrors and a chipped sink. The town also has neither many restaurants nor a promenade.

Bon séjour pour une étape sur la côte
Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse même si nous n'avions pas de vue, c'était bien pour une nuit. Le personnel est très accueillant. Il est offert la possibilité de garer son véhicule gratuitement sur un terrain appartenant à l'hôtel.

Cons:

La qualité des produits proposés au petit déjeuner pourrait être améliorée.

Decisamente da migliorare
Pros:

Struttura defilata rispetto al caos di Budva ma con dei ristorantini graziosi sul mare dove poter mangiare raggiungibili a piedi, presenza del parcheggio in garage che per noi essendo andati in macchina era fondamentale.

Cons:

La struttura non era assolutamente adeguata alle sue 4 stelle. Nessuna piscina, né SPA, né spiaggia privata, né alcuna convezione con le poche spiaggia disponibili sul luogo, né servizio ristorante. Colazione con bicchieri di plastica. Chiavi delle stanze decisamente obsolete. Stanze grandi ma moquette sporca. Lo staff era gentile ma a mio avviso impreparato nel dare informazioni organizzative nemmeno per una gita in barca. Aspetti che altri 3 stelle sempre sulla stessa costa mi hanno fornito.

Pros:

Locatie is mooi en rustig… deluxe kamer is fijn groot. En koffie is lekker!

Cons:

De kamer wordt niet goed schoongemaakt. Het ontbijt is matig en veel parkeer problemen bij hoog seizoen.

Pros:

Widok z okna trochę różnił się od tego na zdjęciu. Pokoje duże, przestronne, łazienka tez duża. Klima trochę głośno chodziła momentami ale ogólnie dawała rade. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i uprzejma.

Cons:

Śniadania trochę słabe i ten darmowy parking nie dość że kawałek od hotelu to jeszcze ciasny.

Calitate-pret satisfacator.
Pros:

Personalul a fost foarte amabil iar camera spatioasa.

Cons:

Hotelul este cam vechi, desi ei zic ca a fost renovat in 2020. Mocheta de pe jos destul de murdara, am avut si patut pentru bebelus dar era foarte murdar pe lateral.Desi pare aproape plaja, trebuie sa treci pe sub pod iar plaja care este aproape este doar o mica parte din ea publica, este si o zona mica de cearceafuri si unde poti cumpara sezlong, daca mergi pana in 9 gaseti ceva liber(in primul rand costa 35 euro).

Bizim ayarladığımız odalardan çok farklı odalar verdiler. Değiştirmek istediğimiz de değiştirmediler. Oda çok pisti. Konforsuz eskiydi. Kahvaltısı vasattı. Otelin önünden arabamızı çektiler haber bile vermediler. Kesinlikle gelmeyin

Es hat sich nicht gelohnt
Pros:

Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und die Betten waren einigermaßen bequem

Cons:

Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße, etwas laut. Die Putzfrau hat am ersten Tag Betten gemacht, danach nicht mehr. Nur Müll gewechselt. Der Boden war dreckig, mit Fuseln und Steinchen, gesaugt wurde aber leider nicht. Frühstück war unterirdisch und hat nicht geschmeckt. 10€/ Tag für die Tiefgarage finde ich viel, ist aber leider üblich in Montenegro. Die jungen Damen an der Rezeption waren hilfsbereit.

Didn't meet our expectations
Pros:

the view was nice, but it is located close to a very circulated street. the room was big and we had enough space, and it has a n equiped kitchen and a bigger than normal fridge

Cons:

dirty/the carpets was awful, with stains and marks everywhere, we didnt have towels when we arrived, just a few shower bottles and most of all this hotel is not situated in Sveti Stefan as the address indicates/look on the map. We were expecting something else. The manager was very kind in the end. what i found really strange that this hotel pride itself in being a hotel that offers training for future hotel staff and says it is the only one that does that in Montenegro/really low standards from my point of view. We paid for two nights but we were offered to leave after the first night, with money back, which I really appreciated.
