Freundlichkeit wird gelebt
Pros:

Überaus freundliches Personal. Immer ein Lächeln für mich.

Cons:

Leider wird das Restaurant gerade renoviert.
Das Frühstück wird in einem anderen Raum bereit gehalten. Der ist nicht so gemütlich, wie vorher das Restaurant.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr stillvoll eingerichtet mit hochwertigen Möbel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und bot eine grosse Auswahl. Es gab sogar Sauerteig und Urdinkelbrot und laktosefreies Joghurt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Ein Teekocher im Zimmer oder wenigstens an der Rezeption wäre wünschenswert.

Das Frühstück war super und die Dame, die uns dort versorgt hat war sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Ein anderer Gast hatte einen Hund auf dem Arm am Frühstücksbuffet. Keiner traute sich etwas zu sagen.

angenehmer Aufenthalt am Bodensee im Rahmen eines Stickkurses bei Bernina

Lage des Hotels direkt am Bodensee ist sehr schön. Das Restaurant im historischen Klostergebäude wird zur Zeit renoviert und ist geschlossen. Für das hochwertige Frühstück waren die Räume aber offen. Die Zimmer sind in einem moderneren Nebengbäude funktional eingerichtet, kein Luxus, aber gemütlich. Das Bad ist modern, ausreichend groß und mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Alle Bedinsteten waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Die einzige Lichtschalter des Zimmers ist am Zimmereingang. Die Nachttischlampen würden dringend Schalter benötigen, damit man sich nachts nicht blind durch das Zimmer tasten muss, wenn man die Toilette aufsucht. Vermutlich gibt es auch nur wenige Steckdosen, was für mich kein Problem war.
