Pros:

La location ottima, interni molto belli e posizione perfetta.

Cons:

La struttura purtroppo è costantemente soggetta anche di notte( soprattutto) a rumori provenienti dalla strada che per 7 giorni ci hanno tolto il sonno, di conseguenza invalidando il resto della vacanza

Location, clean, quiet and good value
Pros:

Everything, location is perfect walking distance to main attractions and bus terminal.

The room is clean and quiet. There is everything we need.

Efi, the owner is very nice and friendly. She helps us to check in early. She comes every day to clean the room. So no doubt why the place is so clean.

The best local stay in our trip. 100% recommend

Good hotel, worth the money.
Pros:

Very good location, close to the city center. Staff very helpful and quick to reply.

Cons:

The wi-fi in the backyard room is very weak, sometimes doesn't connect properly, because the room is very far from the router.

Cozy location
Pros:

10 minutes walking to the beginning of the pedestrian historical centre, very good location if you need to be in Chania for difcerent reasons than tourisn. Well equipped room with professional hair dryer, slippers,water in the fridge, shower gel. Easy self check-in with keys in the locker.

A step from the entrance to climb into the room. A little bit of noise from the street.

very good value for money (the best I could find in Chania for my 1 week trip)
Pros:

Everything that I paid for was there; good location considering it is outside the old city; Wi-Fi was great, daily cleaning of the room

Cons:

During a whole week I did not contact in person anybody from the facility but they correctly respond to phone calls and messages; if it happens that your room shows toward the main street you may hear some noise during the night (but it was anyway acceptable)
