Περάσαμε πραγματικά υπέροχα! Η Νικόλ που μας υποδέχτηκε ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενική και πάντα χαμογελαστή, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ενώ και η κοπέλα που φρόντιζε για την καθαριότητα ήταν πολύ ευγενική και προσεκτική στη δουλειά της.
Κάθε πρωί παραγγέλναμε έναν καφέ στο δωμάτιο για να ξυπνήσουμε χαλαρά και στη συνέχεια κατεβαίναμε για πρωινό. Φεύγοντας ζήτησα να πληρώσω τους καφέδες των πρωινών και με ευχάριστη έκπληξη ενημερώθηκα ότι ήταν δωρεάν, καθώς εντάσσονταν στην ώρα του πρωινού.
Υπάρχει άνετο πάρκινγκ μπροστά και δίπλα από το ξενοδοχείο, ενώ η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, δίπλα σε όλα.
Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε!

Einfach super! Herzlichen Dank an alle !

Noch nie in meinem Leben hatte ich ein Zimmer, das so toll auf meine Wünsche abgestimmt war. ganz oben, über Eck mit Blick aufs Meer, nur wenige Schritte zu meinem Kurs ( Maxalas- Terrasse, Schreibkurs). Man konnte zum Frühstück besondere Wünsche für den Kaffee ordern, es war alles da, sogar dunkles Brot. Aber am meisten habe ich mich über die liebenswerten Damen in der Rezeption gefreut. Da ich nicht alle mit Namen kenne, meine ich wirklich alle. Jede ist zu einem Plausch bereit und natürlich hat Nicole Heimvorteil, da sie wie ich Deutsche ist. Und diese Dame , die fast jeden Morgen mein Zimmer reinigt: ganz großartig, so liebevoll legt sie mein Nachthemd aufs Bett.
An den Boss: auch ein Dankeschön, dass er sein Hotel so gut in Schuss hat. Großes Lob. Ich komme gern wieder,

Good location for getting to the Chania Airport & for walking into the old town.
Pros:

We left too early to get breakfast.
Beds & pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom sink faucet drain didn’t open & close properly. The shower faucet & bar fell right off the wall.

A fantastic stay
Pros:

Rooms were very comfortable. I had the tool with the sea view and it was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast spread was great. Fantastic location close to the old town, yet slightly away so that it is quiet and not too bustling. Free parking was available just outside the hotel. Absolutely no complains!

We hebben hier 4 nachten gelogeerd. Ontbijt was meer dan in orde. Als de ramen dicht waren geen last gehad van het straatlawaai. De airco daarentegen maakte wel veel lawaai.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

I love the location! It's only 5 minutes walk to the nearest public beach Koum Kapi and 10 mins walk to the city center. For someone who wants some peace away from the crowd after a long day, Hotel Irida offers a perfect location! I also enjoyed the walk to the beach, as there are benches for me to read my book with natural shades in the park across from the hotel. The hotel also provided nice selection of breakfast (nice view of the beach!), a beach towel for rent for €1, and umbrellas if needed.

Cons:

The fried eggs can use less oil.
